The present study aims to evaluate the compliance of public hospitals in Ilam province with the criteria of elderly-friendly hospitals in 1400 in the form of cross-sectional research. The present research is cross-sectional and quantitative research in terms of applied purpose and in terms of data collection. The statistical population studied is all managers and head nurses of the departments providing services to the elderly in public hospitals in Ilam province and 130 people, of which a total of 130 people will be considered as a statistical sample. The tool of this research is the checklist of 50 cases of WHO standard. The validity of this tool has been confirmed by consulting professors and consultants and the reliability of these questionnaires will be calculated using Cronbachchr('39')s alpha. Also, in order to answer the research questions and the degree of compliance of the hospitals with the standards of the elderly-friendly hospital in 1400, analysis of variance and POST Hoc post hoc tests will be used. At the end of this research, conclusions and suggestions appropriate to the findings will be presented.
