In recent decades, the hours and intensity of people's working lives have increased due to the imbalance between work and personal life. Hence, it has raised concerns about its impact on employed people. The term work-life balance has been coined to reflect these concerns. To achieve work-life balance, there is a lot of documentation about its benefits for the individual, the workplace and the community. The imbalance between work and personal life has caused midwives and nurses to experience stress and burnout, which has negative effects on hiring and retaining the workforce.After defending the proposal and approving the ethics committee of the university with the conditions of keeping the subjects' secrets and obtaining informed consent from the research units and the final approval of the above plan in the university, a written letter of introduction will be obtained from Ilam University of Medical Sciences. And the deputy of treatment is provided. After the above steps, a sampling permit will be obtained from the relevant authorities.
