Among widespread cause in gastrointestinal disorders we can mention shigella flexneri . Because of its complicated virulence factors, it seems to be good to investigate S. flexneri genome and recognize regulatory sequences. Toxin antitoxin systems is one of regulatory sequence that have important role in cellular process so we choose mazEF and relBE for more analysis and its effect on virulence factors VirF, IpaB and shigella enterotoxin1.
