Health care personnel are affected by ethical situations during work and this covers important issues from clinical practice areas. Ethical behavior in health care is a jewel in the crown of health services. Professional ethics accepts some of the work requirements of nurses working in clinical departments and makes them face daily challenges in dealing with patients. One of the most important topics in the medical professional debate is the rights of the patient, which requires having ethics and doing medical sciences in the field of students. . Patients' rights expect that patients have from healthcare institutions (1) Patients' rights are a part of private privacy and maintaining professional privacy is a real problem in the health sector. Patient protection is not only in providing medical services or implementing medical services. , but it can also be required from a legal point of view (2) He said that privacy and confidentiality are the main components of patient care. It is undeniable to pay attention to the issues of patient's rights, and more importantly, to observe these rights and the connection of Athens with experience and professional ethics. In this regard, students should consider studying in teaching hospitals because of the time spent caring for patients. The direct communication with patients and the application of the work material learned during the student period in the time after the use and words show the importance of addressing the issues related to the patient's rights and professional ethics in them. The present study examines the relationship between the target ethics and its professional motivation along with the level of education and experience with the adherence and observance of patient rights in medical sciences, considering the effects that this group has in relation to patients. Better planning for developing the rights of patients and patients from the rights of patients in students and planning in the field of medical sciences.
