Postoperative pain is one of the problems that lack of proper control can lead to complications such as tachycardia . And increase blood pressure and weaken the immune system, etc., each of which can lead to serious and sometimes irreparable dangers.Because opioids are commonly used to control patients' pain, it should be noted that these opioids have many side effects and should be tried to reduce their use as much as possible.
Considering that in the case of two drugs, pregabalin and gabapentin, in recent and similar studies, it has been shown that they have positive effects in controlling patients' pain after surgery and their side effects are few. In the present study, we try to compare the effect of this When prescribing two drugs before surgery, take control of postoperative . It should be noted that in similar studies on the effect of these two drugs in orthopedic surgery on the upper extremities, no research has been done, so in this study, we try to compare the effects of pregabalin and oral gabapentin as prodrugs in controlling pain after orthopedic surgery. Let's focus on the upper limbs.
