Hospitals may be completely affected by fire and forced to evacuate to reduce potential damage. Non-transferability of a significant portion of medical equipment, problems with the relocation of critically ill patients with special conditions, patient safety issues during the transfer process, and challenges related to evacuation within a limited period of time after the declaration of a state of emergency These are issues that hospital managers face. Hospitals are exposed to fire hazards due to the use of flammable materials and in many cases are forced to evacuate in an emergency. The purpose of emergency evacuation is to increase the number of evacuated people in the shortest possible time, which requires preparedness and The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the response of Ayatollah Taleghani Hospital in Ilam to fire and the results of this study can be the level of preparedness of hospitals and managers to respond to fire and emergency evacuation. Increase.
