<abstract>
 Depression is a debilitating disease and one of the common and serious disorders that undermines a person's mental and physical health and imposes a heavy burden on society (Mahmoudi, Menti, 2017, p. 29). In fact, it is a pathological feeling of sadness, which is accompanied by some degree of stagnation of reactions. Humility (2006, quoted by Ghasemnejad, 2019). And it is considered one of the 4 major diseases in the world and the most common cause of disability caused by the disease. The incidence of depression at a young age is associated with a severe drop in social and occupational performance as well as academic performance (Arshadi Kia, Shajari, Tayibi, 2009, p. 349). Today, inappropriate emotional reactions such as stress, anxiety and depression are considered as a well-known and integral part of modern nursing, which causes many problems for nurses and patients. (Khamsa, Rouhi, Ebadi et al., 1388, p. 13). The wide scope of the activities of nurses and the interdisciplinary nature of this profession cause occupational trauma in nurses and cause mood changes, especially depression in them (Dehghani, Zol-Adl, Balandparvaz et al., 2017, p. 24). The purpose of this study is to estimate the prevalence of depression in Iranian nurses by systematic review and meta-analysis.

 <abstract>
 The quality of work life as a philosophy is a set of principles that believe that human resources are the most important and reliable resources in organizations. who are responsible and capable of valuable participation and should be treated with dignity and respect. And it is a comprehensive structure that includes well-being related to individual job and to some extent valuable work experience, doing work without stress and other personal negative consequences.(1) Unfavorable quality of work life, which arises under the influence of inappropriate and incompatible work with humans, creates unbalanced psychological and social conditions in the employees of an organization (2). The quality of work life is a combination of work environment variables that are effective in promoting satisfaction, attracting and maintaining and improving the quality of employee services (3).

 <abstract>
 Background and aim: Complementary feeding (CF) plays a key role in the development and prevention of malnutrition in infants under two years of age. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of educational intervention based on Health Belief Model (HBM) on mothers' behavior on CF of 6-18 months old infants in Andimeshk.
Materials and methods: The present study was conducted in two stages. In the first stage, a descriptive study was conducted with 270 mothers with 6-18 month old infants referred to six health centers that were selected randomly and included in the study. The results of the descriptive study were analyzed for the needs assessment of educational intervention. In the second stage, based on the results of the descriptive study, appropriate educational intervention was designed and implemented. Educational intervention was conducted in two intervention (n=32) and control (n=35) groups for three weeks. Data were collected by a 53-item questionnaire in two stages before and one month after the intervention and were analyzed using SPSS software and descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, multiple linear regression, one-way ANOVA, chi-square, independent samples t-test and paired samples t-test.

 <abstract>
 Introduction:Acinetobacter baumannii is a gram-negative bacterium that is commonly associated with multi drug resistance of opportunistic infections. This bacterium can cause a wide range of infections including bacteremia, pneumonia, meningitis, urinary tract infections and wound infection in susceptible patients. Toxin-antitoxin (TA) system is a regulated system that could be used for new antimicrobial targets. Therefore, in this study, the antitoxin-toxin system was evaluated as an antimicrobial target in clinicalisolates of A.baumannii
Material and method: Eighty clinical isolates were collected from ICU and burn wards of Ilam hospitals during the year 2018 and were confirmed by biochemical and molecular methods of as Acinetobacter baumannii. Antibiotic resistance was performed by disfiguring disk on all isolates. The presence of MazE, MazF and HighA antitoxin toxin systems was performed by PCR method and expression of these systems by RT-PCR method.
Results: Resistance to antibiotics were detected for kanamycin (81.3%), tetracycline (48.8%), amikacin (51.3%), gentamycin (48.8%), tobramycin (28.8%), doxycycline (8.28%), and minocycline (7.5%). The frequency of toxin and antitoxin genes of MazE, MazF,HighA, and HighBin isolates was 62.5%, 46.3%, 38.8%, and 37.2% respectively. The frequency of plasmidTA systemesof MazE, MazF, HighA, and HighB in all isolates was 43.8%, 33.8%, 23.8%, and 21.0% respectively. The expression of the MazEF locus function was confirmed in all isolates by RT-PCR
Conclusion: Our findings indicate that there is a high antibiotic resistance in the Acinetobacter baumannii isolates. In this study, the high prevalence of the MazEF toxin-antitoxin system and the expression of this system in isolates has been proven. Therefore, the deactivation of the MazEF loci could be used as a new antimicrobial strategy in the treatment of resistant infections caused by this bacterium.

 <abstract>
 Considering the high rate of suicide in Ilam province compared to other regions of the country, it seems that investigations beyond descriptive and analytical studies are needed. Today, biological studies are one of the tools used in the diagnosis of various diseases, especially psychiatric diseases. The introduction of various biological factors in the study of the occurrence of diseases not only helps to identify them, but can also provide new solutions for their prevention and treatment. Based on this, we decided to investigate the status of oxidants, antioxidants, and nerve growth factor in suicidal individuals referred to Shahid Mostafa Hospital in Ilam city.

 <abstract>
 Acinetobacteria are non-fermenting gram-negative coccobacilli that have been identified as one of the leading causes of nosocomial infections over the last three decades. The mortality rate from this bacterium is also relatively high, so that in a study conducted in 2010, out of 146 patients with Multi-drug resistant Acinetobacter pneumoniae (MDR), 23 (15.8) of them died. The cyclin is the first FDA-approved antibiotic for glycine glycine antibiotics.

This antibiotic has significant potency against gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria and anaerobic bacteria including multidrug-resistant strains (MDRs). The resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii to this antibiotic is not very high, but today we see a gradual increase in resistance to this antibiotic, which makes it difficult to treat these infections. One of the most important and widely used methods for molecular typing and clonal relationship evaluation of bacterial isolates is the Multilocus sequence typing (MLST) technique.

Given the above and the need to understand the mechanisms of resistance and profiles related to ticycline resistance, we decided to conduct a study entitled: Prevalence of ticycline-resistant strains in clinical isolates of Acinetobacter baumannii and evaluation of their genetic relationship using Perform MLST, MLVA and Multiplex PCR sequencing.

This method is one of the high sensitivity molecular methods and is used today to study the typing pattern in different bacteria. In recent years, with the introduction and development of molecular typing methods such as Variable number tandem repeat and Multiplex PCR, significant genetic diversity has been observed among Acinetobacter baumannii strains. In the Multiple loci VNTR analysis (MLVA) technique, by selecting different loci in terms of each repeating unit size and longitudinal polymorphism, the ability to differentiate between strains is provided.

 <abstract>
 Parasites are a group of micro-organisms that have evolved enough with at least one host larger than themselves to complete their evolution and meet nutritional and reproductive needs.They are constantly exploring and confronting the host's immune system to ensure their survival and complete their life cycle.In this context, a variety of molecules are expressed and used both by the host and by the invading parasite to confront each other. With the increasing progress of biochemical methods and molecular biology, it has been determined that some of these molecules, in addition to their toxic or harmful role, can be immune-modulating roles, and therefore, they may be used for the possible treatment of various immune-mediated disorders or atopic diseases. According to the hypothesis of the World Health Organization, which was proposed in 1989, exposure to infectious agents during childhood has an inverse correlation with the occurrence of allergic diseases in the later years of a person's life, similar to what we see in developed countries. This issue was then extended to inflammatory diseases, type 1 diabetes and cancer.Regarding parasites, recently, in addition to the carcinogenic role of some of them such as Schistosoma hematobium and Trichomonas vaginalis, studies have been published to show the anti-cancer properties of some compounds derived from parasites.Therefore, the purpose of the present systematic review is to systematically collect these articles and extract valuable data from them in order to advance future approaches and also identify possible weaknesses.

 <abstract>

 <abstract>
 Anthropologists and sociologists consider population aging to be the most important phenomenon of the present age [2]. According to the World Health Organization, by 2025 the population of the elderly will reach more than 800 million [5]. Also, according to another report from this organization, a high percentage of the need to use health services compared to the total population is related to the elderly. The need for comprehensive attention to the elderly is due to the fact that these people have many health problems and are the main consumers of health services [3].
The significant increase in the elderly population has posed many challenges to health policymakers. [4]
One of the most important challenges is maintaining the quality of health care for the elderly. There are various factors involved in providing quality services to the elderly, but one of these factors is the attitude of health care providers to the elderly and the phenomenon of aging [7].
Therefore, the main purpose and necessity of this study is to investigate the attitudes of students of Ilam University of Medical Sciences and their willingness to work with the elderly because their field of work in the future may be directly related to the provision of services and health care to the elderly.

 Hospitals may be completely affected by fire and forced to evacuate to reduce potential damage. Non-transferability of a significant portion of medical equipment, problems with the relocation of critically ill patients with special conditions, patient safety issues during the transfer process, and challenges related to evacuation within a limited period of time after the declaration of a state of emergency These are issues that hospital managers face. Hospitals are exposed to fire hazards due to the use of flammable materials and in many cases are forced to evacuate in an emergency. The purpose of emergency evacuation is to increase the number of evacuated people in the shortest possible time, which requires preparedness and The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the response of Ayatollah Taleghani Hospital in Ilam to fire and the results of this study can be the level of preparedness of hospitals and managers to respond to fire and emergency evacuation. Increase.

 <abstract>
 The new coronavirus, known as SARS, causes severe respiratory illness. The incubation period is about 6 days. Early symptoms include chills, lethargy, dizziness, cough and sore throat, and shortness of breath appears after a few days. Many patients have abnormal chest radiographs. Some cases progress rapidly to acute respiratory distress and require respiratory support (artificial respiration). Death is the result of progressive respiratory failure, which is about 10% higher in middle-aged mortality.
Laboratory tests are not usually performed to diagnose coronavirus infections except in the case of SARS. The available methods for coronavirus detection include SARS-Cov, detection of RNA virus genome in the respiratory tract and fecal samples by RT-PCR. Isolation of coronaviruses is difficult and requires (biosafety level 3) conditions for SARS-Cov.
Economic evaluation of coronavirus diagnostic tests can play an important role in informing decision makers about reimbursement of care costs, pricing of medical interventions, providing cost-effective clinical guidelines on the use of diagnostic methods, providing targeted interventions, and producing scientific evidence. Have a policy to make decisions and ultimately lead to cost management, efficiency and optimal allocation of limited financial resources of the health system in the field of viral and infectious diseases economics. . Therefore, the present study systematically reviews and focuses on patients with coronary artery to evaluate the diagnostic tests of this disease.

 <abstract>
 Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has widely spread all over the world since December2019. This pandemic poses a great threat and challenge to global health and economy. The COVID-19 diagnosis and treatment is very complex, because of its unknown many characteristics. Thus it is crucial to have a framework for an early of its prediction. In this regard, Machines Learning (ML) could be the crucial to extracting high-quality predictive models and concealed patterns from mining of huge raw datasets.
Purpose: At this juncture, we aimed to apply different ML models to discover correlations in COVID-19 data that could help improving prediction rate. Additionally, their potential was evaluated to find the best classifier which gives better accuracy. Material and Methods: The dataset of Talleghani hospital, COVID-19 focal center affiliated to Abadan University of Medical Sciences have been taken into consideration. ML algorithms such as Naïve Bayesian (NB), Bayesian Net (BN), Random Forest (RF), Multilayer Perceptron ( MLP ), K-star, C4.5, and Support Vector Machine ( SVM ) were developed. Then the recital of selected ML models was assessed by comparison of some performance indices such as accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, precision, F-score, and Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC).

 <abstract>
 Physiological stress caused by diseases increases cortisol by acting on the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis. Elevated cortisol is one of the most important mechanisms for overcoming stress, which triggers adaptive mechanisms in the cardiovascular system, metabolism, and immune system. The effect of COVID-19 on blood cortisol is unclear. SARS-CoV-2 appears to initiate immunological responses that theoretically increase morbidity and mortality, possibly due to cortisol secretion failure. Not many studies have been done on this. Whether this trend may be related to the pathophysiology of COVID-19 is not yet known, and there is insufficient evidence of adrenal changes in patients dying from SARS-CoV-2, but in patients with SARS-CoV, monocyte infiltration has been observed. There are lymphocytes and focal necrosis in the adrenal glands. Venous vasculitis has also been reported in the medulla. Due to the similarities between the two viruses, these adrenal disorders may also be seen in COVID 19 disease patients.

 Background and aim: Consumption of appropriate amounts of fruits and vegetables in the daily diet is one of the important methods of disease prevention and health promotion, especially in adolescents. The aim of this study is to determine the impact of educational intervention based on Social Cognitive Theory on fruits and vegetables intake in female high school students in Ilam.
Materials and methods: the present study was conducted in two stages. In the first stage, a descriptive study was conducted with the participation of 332 female high school students from 5 schools in Ilam who were selected by random sampling and entered into the study. The results of the descriptive study were analyzed to determine the most important predictor of behavior for the intervention. The educational intervention was performed with the participation of two groups of intervention (80 samples) and control (80 samples) for 4 weeks in the form of 5 educational sessions. Data were collected using a 54-item questionnaire in two stages before and three months after the educational intervention Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and multiple linear regression, one-way ANOVA, independent t-test and paired t-test by SPSS 19 software.

 <abstract>
 Background: Short children face many problems throughout their lives. Consumption of growth hormone and the drugs such as Letrozole, Oxandrolone, and Anastrozole can increase the growth of children and adolescents. There is not an overall estimate of the effects of Letrozole, Oxandrolone, and Anastrozole on the growth of children and adolescents with Idiopathic Short Stature (ISS). There are different estimates of the effect of growth hormone and the drugs Letrozole, Oxandrolone, and Anastrozole on growth in children and adolescents with Idiopathic Short Stature. Therefore, the aim of this study was to compare the efficacy of growth hormone, Letrozole, Oxandrolone, Anastrozole, and a combination of growth hormone and aromatase inhibitors on height gain in children and adolescents with idiopathic short stature using meta-analysis method.
Methods: Search was done in databases such as; Scopus, Web of Science(ISI), and PubMed using keywords: Idiopathic, Short Stature, Body Height, Aromatase Inhibitors, Growth hormone, Letrozole, Oxandrolone, Anastrozole. Randomized clinical trial studies ,that have investigated the efficacy of growth hormone and aromatase inhibitors on height gain in children and adolescents with short stature, were selected. Height standard deviation score (HSDS) before intervention and after treatment has been used to measure the rate of height increase in various studies. This study was written based on the PRISMA checklist and the heterogeneity of this study was evaluated using the Q statistic and I2 index.

 Results: Height increase index (HSDS) was obtained with the use of growth hormone combined with one of the aromatase inhibitors (0.38-3.58=95%CI) (SMD=0.98), with the use of growth hormone (0.62-1.14=95%CI) (SMD=0.88), with the use of Letrozole (0.51-16.51=95%CI) (SMD=0.83), with the use of Oxandrolone (0.99-0.99=95%CI) (SMD=0.56), and with the use of Anastrozole (0.00-0.63=95%CI) (SMD=0.31), which shows that all these drugs have a significant effect on height increase. (P<0.05)
 Conclusion: Although the effect of growth hormone on height increase was greater than that of aromatase inhibitors, but according to our results, adding an aromatase inhibitor to growth hormone can increase the effectiveness of it.
