Brucellosis is one of the common diseases between humans and animals that has always been considered as an economic-health problem in our country, especially among nomads. Brucellosis is caused by species of the genus Brucella. Transmission of the infection to humans occurs through direct or indirect contact with infected animals and causes many health problems and economic losses. The aim of this study was to determine the serum prevalence of Brucella infection in nomadic tribes of Helilan region of Shirvan Chardavol city of Ilam province to follow up and implement health measures.

 Abstract
Introduction: concentration is a mental and intellectual state in which all mental, intellectual, and sensory powers of a person are focused on a particular subject, that ensures learning, accurate fulfillment of things, and avoiding possible dangers.
Method: The present study is a descriptive-correlational one with respect to purpose and data gathering method. The statistical population included all nurses working in Imam Khomeini Hospital in 2017 including 160 people. 121 people were selected by simple random sampling. Alport and Ross’s religious orientation questionnaire (1950), King's Spiritual Understanding (1993), and Bradbent’s et al. (1982) Cognitive Failure Questionnaire were utilized for data gathering. Data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS software.
Discussion: Pearson correlation coefficient showed that there is a positively significant relationship between religious orientation and spiritual understanding and between religious orientation and nurses' concentration; however there is no significant relationship between spiritual understanding and concentration level. Also, the coefficient of the effect of structural equations showed that there is a significant relationship between nurses' gender and their spiritual understanding.
Conclusion: Nursing either in the sense of taking care, minding, and assisting people who are in need or physically and mentally handicapped, as a medical profession requiring accurate execution of hygiene, treatment, and caring standards, or from the viewpoint of Islam’s rich and productive culture is a holy valuable profession. Hence, considering factors that contribute to the quality of treatment and hygiene services including parameters mentioned in the title of the study should be prioritized.

 <abstract>
 Background and Aim: Preeclampsia is the third leading cause of maternal mortality in the world and
the second most common cause of death in pregnant mothers in Iran. Psychosocial aspects have been
recently considered as a risk factor for developing preeclampsia. The purpose of this study was to
determine the association between psychological factors and the chance of developing preeclampsia.
Materials and Methods: This systematic review and meta-analysis was performed based on the
studies conducted in the world. We searched seven databases (Irandoc, SID, Magiran, Iranmedex,
PubMed, Scopus, Web of science, Cochrane, ISI, and Embace databases), by using keywords of
psychological factors, stress, anxiety, depression, and preeclampsia to find relevant articles published
between 2008- 2018. Data from relevant studies were extracted by two persons separately and
evaluated by using the Stroop checklist. After extracting the required data, they were combined using
a random model and the heterogeneity of the studies was evaluated by the I2 indices. STATA-11
software was used for data analysis.
Results: In the present study 11 articles were analyzed. The total number of samples in the study was
658678. The chances of preeclampsia in individuals with stress, anxiety, depression, and those
exposed to violence were estimated to be 1.21, 3.07, 3.04, and 2.37, respectively.
Conclusion: Considering the importance of preeclampsia in pregnancy and its impact on maternal and
fetal health, basic measures should be taken to prevent it by identifying people at risk and the
contributing factors, such as routine screening of psychological factors before and through the
pregnancy semesters

 <abstract>
 HEV virus is a nonenveloped RNA virus that is classified as the only member of the Hepeviridae family. . Hepatitis E infection is one of the most acute acute hepatitis diseases that has caused significant epidemics worldwide. The main route of transmission of HEV is fecal-oral, although the possibility of transmission through other routes for this virus has not been ruled out so far and in various texts its transmission through blood, sex, injection and from mother to baby has been reported. The virus also infects animals and has been transmitted from animal to human. Hepatitis E is one of the health problems in developing countries and it is the second leading cause of acute hepatitis after hepatitis B. Although mortality from the virus is relatively low, the mortality rate in pregnant women is reported to be 20%. Despite reports of high prevalence of hepatitis E in Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Central America, little demographic information is available on the epidemiology of the disease in Iran. This virus has not been reported in Ilam province

 <abstract>
 Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is known to be affected by underlying diseases of the respiratory system. In this meta-analysis, the keywords of COVID-19, underlying diseases, symptoms, and mortality were searched in national and international databases to obtain the related studies. The inclusion criteria were as follows: interventional, clinical, descriptive and cross-sectional, and studies focusing on COVID-19. This study was conducted based on Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta- Analyses protocol. Eighteen studies were selected to be finally analyzed. The mean percentage of mortality was 14% (I2 ¼ 98.9, P<0.001). The most common symptoms were fever (91%, I2¼88.5, P<0.001) and cough (71%, I2¼84.5, P<0.001), and the most frequent underlying diseases were hypertension (41%, I2¼98.9, P<0.001), diabetes mellitus (18%, I2¼88.7, P<0.001) and cardiovascular disease (11%, I2¼87.7, P<0.001). Findings of present study suggest that individuals with underlying diseases have a higher rate of mortality following COVID-19 infection.

 <abstract>
 Introduction: Spiritual health is one of the health dimensions without which other biological, psychological, and social dimensions cannot function properly and thus the highest level of quality of life would be unattainable. Method: The present study is a descriptive-correlational one with respect to purpose and data gathering method. The statistical population included all male and female staff in the Health and Treatment center of Ilam province (365). 103 persons were selected through convenient sampling method. Data were collected using the Palutzin and Ellison’s Spiritual Health Questionnaire, Ryff’s Welfare and life quality questionnaires (sf-35). Data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS software. Discussion: The results of the research showed that there is a significant positive relationship between spiritual health and people's well-being, and there is a significant positive relationship between spiritual health and life quality. Also, the results of this study showed that there is no significant relationship between well-being level and life quality. Conclusion: considering the relationship between spiritual health and the quality of life, it is recommended that educational interventions should focus on promoting spiritual health and improving the quality of life. The staff of health and treatment center constitutes a part of human resources of the health system; therefore, it is obvious that they must have a high level of spiritual health and psychological well-being. In this way, besides the significant effect that can have on improving the quality of life, it can improve their job performance and thereby increase the satisfaction of patients and clients referring to the Health and Treatment center.

 <abstract>
 Giardia lamblia (G. lamblia) is one of the most common intestinal parasites worldwide. There are some side effects and the reports of parasite resistance to metronidazole as the first line treatment of giardiasis. Therefore, it is essential to discover an effect and safe drug to treat giardiasis. Methodology: In this study, the anti-parasitic activity of hydroalcoholic extracts of Capparis spinosa Linn (C. spinosa) leaves and fruits with different concentrations (4 to 0.125 mg/ml) was assessed against human isolates of the G. lamblia cysts and incubated at 37℃. After staining Giardia cysts with 0.1% eosin, the lethal percentage and 50% lethal concentration (LC50) of fruit Original Research Article Mohamadian et al.; JPRI, 33(29A): 224-230, 2021; Article no.JPRI.68272 225 and leave C. spinosa L extracts and metronidazole on G. lamblia cysts were calculated after 3, 6, 24 and 48 hours. Results: Anti-giardia activity of fruit and leaf extracts of C. spinosa was different between concentrations and time points (p<0.005). The lethal effect of both C. spinosa L extracts and metronidazole increased significantly in a concentration - and time–dependent response (P<0.0001). The highest lethal percentage of G. lamblia cysts was observed a concentration of 4 mg / ml of fruit (100%) and leaf (44%) extracts of C. spinosa L after 48 hours, respectively. LC50 values were 0.38 ± 0.02mg/ml for fruit extract, 2.32 ± 0.1 mg/ml for leaf extract and 0.53 ± 0.03 µg/ml for metronidazole after 48hours. Conclusion: C. spinosa can be effective in eliminating Giardia cyst of contaminated environments and wa
