High fructose feeding has been suggested to involve in several features of metabolic syndrome including hyperuricemia (HP). We designed and implemented a study to determine the effect size of fructose intake and the relative risk of HP based on the type of fructose feeding (diet or solution), duration of treatment (2–6, 7–10, and > 10 weeks), and animal race. The required information was accepted from international databases, including PubMed/MEDLINE, Science Direct, Scopus, and etc., from 2009 until 2019 on the basis of predetermined eligibility criteria. The data selection and extraction and quality assessment were performed independently by two researchers. Results were pooled as random effects weighting and reported as standardized mean differences with 95% confidence intervals. Thirty-five studies including 244 rats with fructose consumption were included in the final analysis. The heterogeneity rate of parameters was high (I2 = 81.3%, p < 0.001) and estimated based on; 1) type of fructose feeding (diet; I2 = 79.3%, solution 10%; I2 = 83.4%, solution 20%; I2 = 81.3%), 2) duration of treatment (2–6 weeks; I2 = 86.8%, 7–10 weeks; I2 = 76.3%, and > 10 weeks; I2 = 82.8%), 3) the animal race (Wistar; I2 = 78.6%, Sprague-Dawley; I2 = 83.9%). Overall, the pooled estimate for the all parameters was significant (p < 0.001). The results of this study indicated that a significant relationship between HP and fructose intake regardless of the treatment duration, animal race, fructose concentration and route of consumption.

Altered expression levels of PPARα, PPARγ, PPARδ, SOX2, NANOG and OCT4 genes in gastric cancer and correlation with clinicopathologic characteristics
Clinicopathologic characteristics of the patients under study are depicted in Tables 1 and 2. In the cohort study, 100 patients with gastric cancer (age ranged 40–86 years) were included who were follow‑upped for a period of 4 years (range, 11‑48 months). At first, the relative expression level (declared as fold change) of PPARα, PPARγ, PPARδ, SOX2, NANOG and OCT4 genes in the tumor tissues was compared with those in the adjacent normal tissues. Then, the correlations between the relative expression levels of these genes in the tumor tissues and the clinicopathologic characteristics of the patients were assessed. It was observed that these genes are significantly overexpressed in the tumor tissues relative to the adjacent normal tissues (P<0.05, Figures 1 and 2). Furthermore, increased expression levels of the mentioned genes (except PPARγ) in the tumor tissues of the patients was found to be associated with advanced tumor TNM stage, grade, tumor size (Table 3). However, for age and gender, metastasis, lymphatic and vascular invasion the correlations were not found to be significant.

Introduction: Professionalism is one of the basic concepts in nursing and is the result of the individual's interaction with the work environment and others. Nursing professionalism affects the quality of care and is influenced by several factors. This study was conducted to determine the attitude of nurses towards professionalism and the factors affecting it.
Methods: In the present descriptive study, nurses 'attitudes toward professionalism were measured using the Hall questionnaire, and students' attitudes were measured using the IPASN questionnaire. 140 nurses working in educational and medical centers under the supervision of the University of Medical Sciences and 120 undergraduate nursing students studying in the study using stratified random sampling participated in the study. Data were analyzed using SPSS software and descriptive and inferential statistics.
Results: The results showed that the professional attitude of nurses and nursing students is at a moderate level. Among the five dimensions, the highest scores were in the dimensions of "belief in public services" and "sense of acceptance of the field" and the lowest scores were related to the dimensions of "belief in self-regulation" and "sense of independence". The relationship between attitudes toward professionalism and service experience variables and participation in training courses for individual empowerment was statistically significant (P <0.05). In students, the highest scores were in the dimensions of participation and cooperation and there is a significant relationship between the total score of attitude and gender and semester (P <0.05).
Discussion and Conclusion: The attitude of nurses and nursing students towards professionalism is moderate. Given the importance of professionalism in nurses and its impact on many factors, efforts should be made to reach the desired level and reduce barriers.

and fibrosis in ovariectomized type 2 diabetic (T2DM) rats (OVR.D) is well known. The current
study aimed to investigate the simultaneous effects of T2DM and swimming plan on the expression
of some apoptotic, anti-apoptotic biomarkers and glycogen changes in the cardiac muscle tissue of
ovariectomized (OVR) rats.
Materials and Methods: Forty rats were randomly sorted into 4 equal categories; sham, OVR, OVR.D
and diabetic ovariectomized with an 8 week of swimming plan (OVR.D.E). Lipid profile and miR-133,
Bcl-2, Bax, caspase-3 and caspase-8 levels were evaluated in the cardiac tissue.
Results: Ovariectomy significantly (P-value<0.05) increased cholesterol, triglyceride, LDL, Bax, caspase-3,
caspase-8 and decreased (P-value<0.05) HDL, miR-133, Bcl-2 in the cardiac tissue and a further reduction
in the expression of miR-133, Bcl-2 and an enhancement in Bax, caspase-3 and caspase-8 in OVR.D
rats was observed (P-value<0.01). However, exercise training significantly reversed all the measured
parameters (P-value<0.05). Also, exercise training improved abnormal tissue structure, fragmentation
and irregular form of glycogen granules in the OVR.D.E compared to OVR and OVR.D animals.
Conclusion: Exercise training could prevent the cardiac disturbance, enhance the expression of antiapoptotic
markers and decrease apoptotic biomarkers in the hearts of OVR.D animals. Therefore,
based on the findings of this study suggested using the exercise’s beneficial effects for prevention of
the cardiac cell death in OVR.D animals.

Objective: spinal cord injury (SCI)is one of the most serious clinical diseases
that not only affects the patient physically and psychologically, but also its effects
influence on family andsociety. In SCI ,glial cells that their most abundant
areastrocytes, convert in to the reactive astrocytes which are the main components
of glial scars. In glial scar, the extracellular matrix increases, that mainly secreted
by reactive astrocytes.Amongthecomponents, ChondroitinSulfate proteoglycans
play an important role ininhibiting of axonal regeneration.
After SCI, dermatansulfate and chondroitin sulfateincrease. For treating the
impotence (disability) caused by SCI,there is used cell therapy to greatly limitthe
formation of glial scar and to provide thegrowth of axons, but in these
studies, improvement is limited due to the lack of knowledge about the right time
for the rapeutic intervention. Therefore, the aim of this study is todetermine the
start time for formation of glial scar in contusion model of spinal cord injury to
achieve effective timeof therapeutic intervention for reducing inhibitory effect of
glial scar as the most basic physical barrier to axonal regeneration.
