title = {Affecting integrated health care on quality of life in older population in Malegshahi Township; 2015},

title = {Predicting Ovarian Cancer Survival Times: Comparison Of Parametric Methods With Random Survival Forests},
abstract ={Background and Aim: Predicting survival time has many effective consequences in managing the quality of life for the rest of the patientchr('39')s life. On the other hand, survival data are highly variable and make accurate predictions difficult. Random survival forests by repeating tree construction and averaging the results of these trees cause reducing the prediction error and further generalizability of these results. This thesis compares the prediction error of the random survival forest model with the Cox and Weibull models in predicting the time to the first recurrence in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer. Materials and Methods: In this study, the data of 141 patients with ovarian cancer who referred to Imam Hossein Hospital in Tehran from 2008 to the end of 2018 were used. Cox regression, Weibull model, classification and regression tree, and random survival forest were fitted to the data to investigate the factors affecting the first recurrence of patients, respectively. Finally, using the C-Index and Brier score, the prediction error of these models were compared. Results: According to the results of random survival forest, metastatic tumor using the criterion (VIMP), with relative importance of 2.665 and minimal depth (MD) 2.349, tumor stage with relative importance of 1.993 and depth of 2.678, and maximum platelet count with relative importance of 2.132 and depth of 2.683 were effective variables. According to the Brier score, the random survival forest prediction error was 0.16 and the Cox model was 0.24. The C-Index error in the random survival forest was 0.34 and the Cox model was 0.42. Brier scores for the Cox and Weibull models were calculated to be approximately the same, so the random survival forest prediction error of the less than both Cox and Weibull models. Conclusion: Unlike classical methods, the random survival forest without the need for special presuppositions with less predictive error can well explain the variables of the response variable when exposed to high-dimensional data.},

abstract ={Serological investigation is the main method to achieve satisfactory results in Toxocara canis diagnosis. The accuracy of the native antigen used in the current diagnostic kits has proven to be insufficient as well as difficult to standardize. Therefore, significant efforts have been made to find alternative reagents as capture antigens. Multi-epitope peptides are potential diagnostic markers to improve the accuracy of diagnostic kits. The main aim of this study is the prediction and design of a novel synthetic protein consisting of multiple immunodominant B cell epitopes. Primary, secondary and tertiary structures of the proteins are analyzed by using several various online software (ExPasy, IEDB, ABCpred, SVMTriP). Then, B cell construct was assessed by machine learning and Physico-chemical approaches and finally, homology modeling of 3D structure of protein is evaluated.},

title = {Design and manufacture of PH meter device with automatic creation of liquid with adjustable PH},
abstract ={PH measurement is one of the most common decomposition techniques used to determine the acid or base strength of a sample. This quantity can be done electronically using acid and base color reagents (in the form of paper or solution with color scale) and electronically. PH is measured electronically using an electrode. An electrode is an electrochemical sensor that includes a detector electrode and a reference electrode. The history of measuring the acidity of liquids electrically dates back to 1906, when Max Cremer, in his study of liquid interfaces (the interaction between liquids and solids), realized that the interface between liquids could be blown by blowing a bubble. Small glass and put one liquid inside it and another outside to be studied. In this way, an electrical voltage was generated that could be measured. The H-gauge measures the electrical potential between the mercury chloride at the reference electrode and its potassium chloride liquid, the unknown liquid, the solution inside the glass electrode, and the potential between this solution and the silver chloride. But only the potential between the unknown liquid and the solution inside the glass electrode changes from one sample to another. Therefore, the remaining voltages are measured without being present in the equation. The white mercury reference electrode consists of a glass tube with a potassium chloride (KCl) electrode in close contact with the mercury chloride element at the end of the KCl element. It is a brittle compound, which is in contact with a liquid connection tip made of porous ceramic or similar material. These types of electrodes are not easily contaminated with heavy metals and sodium. The glass electrode consists of a rigid glass tube to which a thin glass bubble is attached. Inside it is a known solution of potassium chloride (KCl) as a 7 + PH buffer. Establishes the interior. To reduce electronic interference, the probe is protected by a foil sheath, often found inside a glass electrode. Due to the time consuming nature of measuring the pH of materials with the current pH meter, we decided to use a device that can provide the appropriate pH in a hygienic environment, taking into account the minimum time and the intervention of human resources. . Therefore, the new device is able to do this and on the other hand, it creates this advantage so that we can localize the construction of this device and reduce costs by preventing transfers and currency. Liquid injection to achieve the required pH accurately and uniformly with a mixer at a gentle and uniform speed is one of the innovations of this design, which greatly reduces the risks of working with the solution by manpower. There are many examples of PH meters, but there is no example that creates a liquid with a selected pH and records events in diagrams, and if there is, it is limited and out of reach.},

title = {Toxin Antitoxin Systems as a Reliable Antimicrobial Target for Inhibition of Biofilm Formation in Pseudomonas aeruginosa},
abstract ={The ability of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to produce biofilm made it as a hard crisis to treat with current antibiotics. Some genes in bacteria like toxin antitoxin (TA) loci are responsible for regulating of the other genes like genes involved in biofilm production. So, by disrupting of these TA loci, they can be focused as novel anti-biofilm targets. Therefore, the current study aimed to evaluate different TA loci to find the reliable target for prevention of biofilm production. For this purpose, 30 P. aeruginosa clinical isolates were subjected to biofilm production and presence of different TA loci. For target discovery the target should be presence in biofilm producer isolates and should be functional means more express in strong biofilm producer bacteria; finally by knocked out of these TA loci the biofilm producer P. aeruginosa should become no biofilm producers. So, among 30 isolates relBE TA loci were presented in biofilm producers P. aeruginosa and if be presented in no biofilm isolates, it showed no expression. The functionality was confirmed by RT-qPCR, which the results demonstrated that the relBE TA loci expression was more in stronger biofilm producer isolates. Also, our findings showed by knocked out of relBE TA loci the isolate that be biofilm producer changed to no biofilm producer. The current study defined the role of relBE TA loci to regulate the biofilm production and showed relBE TA loci as a reliable anti-biofilm target in P. aeruginosa.},

abstract ={Background & objectives: Urinary tract infections (UTIs) caused by extended-spectrum beta lactamase (ESBL)-producing bacteria، Metallo-Beta-Lactamase (MBL) have become a growing problem worldwide. The aim of this study was to Uropathogenic Bacterial and Antibiotic Resistance Pattern among patients Refereeing to Imam Khomaini Hospital, Ilam, Iran Methods: In this cross - sectional study of patients with urinary tract infection in Imam Khomeini Hospital in Ilam were evaluated over a period of 9 months. All isolates were identified by routine biochemical methods and antimicrobial susceptibility testing carried out by Kirby-Bauer method. Phenotypic confirmation test to detect ESBL, MBL, MRSA, VRSA and VRE antibiotic disk diffusion method was performed by disc. The results were interpreted according to the CLSI standard. Identification of genes SHV, CTX-M, TEM, VanA, mecA, bla VIM and bla IMP PCR was performed using the method. Results: 114 isolates were examined by 61.4% Escherichia-coli, 7% Citrobacter freundii, 7% Pseudomonas aeroginosa, 8% Enterobacterccloacae, 8% of Klebsiella poneumoniue, 4.1%Proteus mirabilis, 0.9% Acintobacter baumannii, 0.9% of Staphylococcus aureus, 0.9% Enterococcus faecalis and 1.8% diphtheroids were separated. Conclusion: Most isolates were resistant to the antibiotic cotrimoxazole (55%), cefotaxime (49%), ceftriaxone (41%) showed. 46 isolates (49.5%) ESBL were considered. Escherichia-coli 63%, 8% Citrobacter freundii , Pseudomonas aeroginosa 6%, 6%, Enterobacter cloacae, Proteus mirabilis 6%, 6% and 2% of Klebsiella pneumoniae were Acintobacter baumannii . In total, only 6.4% of the isolates were considered as phenotype MBL. The genotyping PCR method was shown that genes VIM1, VIM2 and IMP were not mentioned in any of the isolates. In between isolates of Gram-positive, none genotyped MRSA, VRSA and VRE was isolated. Only one (100%) Staphylococcus aureus isolates, for phenotypic VRSA was considered. The results of this study, as well as Gram-negative bacteria Enterobacteriaceae family, are the main factors that cause urinary tract infections. The results of this study show that the ESBLs produced in bacteria isolated from patients with urinary tract infection, which is up almost 49.5% of the isolates were ESBL and 6.4% MBL. Since, according to the study in Ilam high prevalence of ESBL-producing bacteria in the urinary tract infections and the prevalence is rising MBL. It is recommended that programs be seriously considered antibiotic use and prescribing of antibiotics is organized. As well as more studies are done on the MBL. },

title = {Anti- persister effect of alcoholic extract of peganumharmala in Pseudomonas aeruginosa clinical isolates},
abstract ={Abstract Unfortunately, today multidrug resistant (MDR) bacteria are very common in communities and could be a serious threat to human health. Consequently, bacterial populations contain new mechanism of survival strategy in hostile environments or antibiotic exposure. One of the most important mechanisms is persister cell formation in bacteria. Persister cell can be one of the important causes of chronic infections. Also, there are many challenges for combating persister cell. The discovery of new drugs and appropriate therapies in this area is very necessary. So, the purpose of the present research was discovery of an anti-persister drug against Pseudomonas aeruginosa clinical isolates. For this purpose, thirty P. aeruginosa clinical isolates were used for more analysis. Antibiotic susceptibility test and persister cell assay were performed. Finally, Peganum harmala was investigate as a likely source of an anti-persister cell drug. The finding demonstrated that concentration of 35ug/ml completely has the anti-persister properties. So, it can be herbal candidate against persister cells but further analysis including in vivo study and finding the main component should be done to commercial this herb as new anti-persister drug. },

title = {Use of artificial neural networks to predict Epidemiological and Clinical risk factors for COVID-19 patient mortality in Ilam, Iran: a retrospective cohort study},
abstract ={Since December 2019, coinciding with the outbreak of COIVD-19 in China and its spread to all countries, the greatest post-World War II health crisis and human society challenge has severely affected health systems, the global economy, and governments. [1] As previous priorities and routine activities in most areas have ceased and extensive efforts and investments have been made to prevent, diagnose and treat the disease, reduce the incidence rate, reduce the number of critically ill patients in need of intensive care and finally reduce the mortality rate [2]. Despite this unprecedented effort, various diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of the proposed and in use have been accompanied by many challenges and doubts so far [3]. Therefore, reducing the limitations and gaps in existing knowledge is the main priority and focus of studies in the field of medical sciences according to the encouragement of the World Health Organization. [4] According to studies, many factors can affect the prognosis of coronary heart disease and mortality. Most of the information on the epidemiological and laboratory factors of COVID-19 is insufficient and questionable, and there is insufficient evidence and evidence for its use. Recognizing the importance of each of the indicators related to mortality from disease, using efficient output models can in the process of treatment and better care, management of scarce resources during the peak of the disease, including prioritization of special beds and hospital beds, human resource management due to limitations Professional human resources, increasing the reliability of patients at lower risk for home care, appropriate planning for drug allocation and possible vaccines if used in the future. Therefore, the aim of this study was to explain the role of epidemiological and laboratory risk factors on the mortality of coronary patients using the artificial neural network model. Methods: The present study is a retrospective cohort study in which the demographic and laboratory characteristics of patients who referred from the onset of coronary heart disease (March 1) to July 1 with a definitive diagnosis of COVID-19 and improved or died were studied. they enter. Demographic, clinical and laboratory variables are then analyzed using the artificial network model to identify risk factors associated with patient mortality. After approving the plan and getting the code of ethics, information is collected from the files or the registry system. After completing the information through previous data, reviewing the files if necessary and contacting patients and their families, analysis and analysis using MATLAB software and effective factors in mortality, mediating variables, and the share of each The factor will be identified in explaining the variance of the dependent variable to determine the importance of each factor and ...... and the results will be presented in the form of analysis, table and graph.},

title = {The Effect of forced exercise on the Hippocampus of Mice after Induced Ischemia Reperfusion},
abstract ={one of the most important causes of ischemia is stroke, which is the third leading cause of death in Western countries after myocardial infarction and cancer. Dies and 5 million people become permanently disabled. (2) Cerebral ischemia is a decrease in the amount of cerebral metabolites due to decreased blood flow, which leads to a decrease in oxygen storage and consequently the death of brain tissue or stroke. (3) Cerebral ischemia leads to movement, sensory and Vision, speech disorders, behavioral disorders, especially spatial learning disabilities. The effects of reperfusion are the result of the inflammatory function of the damaged tissue, which releases white blood cells, inflammatory factors such as interleukins, and free radicals into the damaged tissue as the blood returns, causing oxidative stress. (5) that certain areas of the brain and certain types of neurons, including pyramidal neurons in the CA1 region of the hippocampus and striatum, are more sensitive to cerebral ischemia. (6, 7) The hippocampus is the part of the brain that is located in the lateral ventricular floor of the temporal lobe and has specific areas called the dentate gyrus and the ammonia horn, which consists of three parts: CA1, CA2, CA3, and the neurons in each area. The hippocampus has unique biophysical properties, intracellular environment, and receptors (8). This has been implicated in the formation of new memory and the processing of spatial information (9), and it has been shown that differentiation of neuroblasts and production of new neurons in mammals begins in the two subgranular regions of the hippocampus and the ventricle of the olfactory bulb in the brain. 10, 11). The hippocampus is also supplied by the anterior choroidal artery, which is a branch of the internal carotid artery. , Epilepsy, stroke, ischemia and especially brain trauma. (12) Extensive research has been conducted to find an effective drug to reduce the damage caused by ischemia and restoration of blood flow (13), and much research has been done on stimulating neurogenesis through enriched environments, physical activity, and memory-related tasks. And learning, the use of therapeutic cells of different origins and antioxidants. Over the past 20 years, animal studies have shown beneficial effects of physical exercise on cerebral ischemia, including increased survival, reduced neurological defects, improvement in blood-brain barrier defects, and blood vessel integrity (14). Biochemical activity of the hippocampus following exercise strengthens memory (15) and it has been shown that physical activity has a neuroprotective effect against hippocampal damage that damages memory, as well as increasing the expression of neuronal growth factors such as insulin-like growth factor NGF and growth factors. Fibroblasts and vascular growth factor (16, 17) Other studies have shown that exercise reduces neuronal function as well as stroke volume in rats. (18) and reduces inflammatory damage by reducing the expression of inflammatory mediators as well as reducing leukocyte accumulation. [19] It also improves short-term memory and spatial memory by increasing neuron production as well as reducing apoptosis in the hippocampus. 20) According to many studies on reducing the damage to the hippocampus after ischemia-reperfusion induction, the effect of exercise neurogenesis on the hippocampus before ischemia has also been proven, but so far in the effect of swimming exercise on the hippocampus. After induction of ischemia-reperfusion, no comprehensive research has been done (therapeutic effect of exercise). Therefore, we investigate the effect of swimming exercise on mice hippocampus after ischemia-reperfusion induction},

abstract ={Depression is a debilitating disease and one of the common and serious disorders that undermines a person's mental and physical health and imposes a heavy burden on society (Mahmoudi, Menti, 2017, p. 29). In fact, it is a pathological feeling of sadness, which is accompanied by some degree of stagnation of reactions. Humility (2006, quoted by Ghasemnejad, 2019). And it is considered one of the 4 major diseases in the world and the most common cause of disability caused by the disease. The incidence of depression at a young age is associated with a severe drop in social and occupational performance as well as academic performance (Arshadi Kia, Shajari, Tayibi, 2009, p. 349). Today, inappropriate emotional reactions such as stress, anxiety and depression are considered as a well-known and integral part of modern nursing, which causes many problems for nurses and patients. (Khamsa, Rouhi, Ebadi et al., 1388, p. 13). The wide scope of the activities of nurses and the interdisciplinary nature of this profession cause occupational trauma in nurses and cause mood changes, especially depression in them (Dehghani, Zol-Adl, Balandparvaz et al., 2017, p. 24). The purpose of this study is to estimate the prevalence of depression in Iranian nurses by systematic review and meta-analysis.},

title = {Antitoxin Toxin System as an antimicrobial target in Clinical Acinetobacter baumannii},
abstract ={Introduction:Acinetobacter baumannii is a gram-negative bacterium that is commonly associated with multi drug resistance of opportunistic infections. This bacterium can cause a wide range of infections including bacteremia, pneumonia, meningitis, urinary tract infections and wound infection in susceptible patients. Toxin-antitoxin (TA) system is a regulated system that could be used for new antimicrobial targets. Therefore, in this study, the antitoxin-toxin system was evaluated as an antimicrobial target in clinicalisolates of A.baumannii Material and method: Eighty clinical isolates were collected from ICU and burn wards of Ilam hospitals during the year 2018 and were confirmed by biochemical and molecular methods of as Acinetobacter baumannii. Antibiotic resistance was performed by disfiguring disk on all isolates. The presence of MazE, MazF and HighA antitoxin toxin systems was performed by PCR method and expression of these systems by RT-PCR method. Results: Resistance to antibiotics were detected for kanamycin (81.3%), tetracycline (48.8%), amikacin (51.3%), gentamycin (48.8%), tobramycin (28.8%), doxycycline (8.28%), and minocycline (7.5%). The frequency of toxin and antitoxin genes of MazE, MazF,HighA, and HighBin isolates was 62.5%, 46.3%, 38.8%, and 37.2% respectively. The frequency of plasmidTA systemesof MazE, MazF, HighA, and HighB in all isolates was 43.8%, 33.8%, 23.8%, and 21.0% respectively. The expression of the MazEF locus function was confirmed in all isolates by RT-PCR Conclusion: Our findings indicate that there is a high antibiotic resistance in the Acinetobacter baumannii isolates. In this study, the high prevalence of the MazEF toxin-antitoxin system and the expression of this system in isolates has been proven. Therefore, the deactivation of the MazEF loci could be used as a new antimicrobial strategy in the treatment of resistant infections caused by this bacterium.},

title = {Prevalence of Tigecycline -resistant strains in clinical isolates of Acinetobacter baumannii and evaluation of their genetic association using multilocus sequence typing (MLST), MLVA and Multiplex PCR},
abstract ={Acinetobacteria are non-fermenting gram-negative coccobacilli that have been identified as one of the leading causes of nosocomial infections over the last three decades. The mortality rate from this bacterium is also relatively high, so that in a study conducted in 2010, out of 146 patients with Multi-drug resistant Acinetobacter pneumoniae (MDR), 23 (15.8) of them died. The cyclin is the first FDA-approved antibiotic for glycine glycine antibiotics. This antibiotic has significant potency against gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria and anaerobic bacteria including multidrug-resistant strains (MDRs). The resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii to this antibiotic is not very high, but today we see a gradual increase in resistance to this antibiotic, which makes it difficult to treat these infections. One of the most important and widely used methods for molecular typing and clonal relationship evaluation of bacterial isolates is the Multilocus sequence typing (MLST) technique. Given the above and the need to understand the mechanisms of resistance and profiles related to ticycline resistance, we decided to conduct a study entitled: Prevalence of ticycline-resistant strains in clinical isolates of Acinetobacter baumannii and evaluation of their genetic relationship using Perform MLST, MLVA and Multiplex PCR sequencing. This method is one of the high sensitivity molecular methods and is used today to study the typing pattern in different bacteria. In recent years, with the introduction and development of molecular typing methods such as Variable number tandem repeat and Multiplex PCR, significant genetic diversity has been observed among Acinetobacter baumannii strains. In the Multiple loci VNTR analysis (MLVA) technique, by selecting different loci in terms of each repeating unit size and longitudinal polymorphism, the ability to differentiate between strains is provided.},

abstract ={Parasites are a group of micro-organisms that have evolved enough with at least one host larger than themselves to complete their evolution and meet nutritional and reproductive needs. They are constantly exploring and confronting the host's immune system to ensure their survival and complete their life cycle. In this context, a variety of molecules are expressed and used both by the host and by the invading parasite to confront each other. With the increasing progress of biochemical methods and molecular biology, it has been determined that some of these molecules, in addition to their toxic or harmful role, can be immune-modulating roles, and therefore, they may be used for the possible treatment of various immune-mediated disorders or atopic diseases. According to the hypothesis of the World Health Organization, which was proposed in 1989, exposure to infectious agents during childhood has an inverse correlation with the occurrence of allergic diseases in the later years of a person's life, similar to what we see in developed countries. This issue was then extended to inflammatory diseases, type 1 diabetes and cancer.Regarding parasites, recently, in addition to the carcinogenic role of some of them such as Schistosoma hematobium and Trichomonas vaginalis, studies have been published to show the anti-cancer properties of some compounds derived from parasites. Therefore, the purpose of the present systematic review is to systematically collect these articles and extract valuable data from them in order to advance future approaches and also identify possible weaknesses.},

title = {Engineered Chitosan Nano-film with Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids and Mesenchymal Stem Cells for Burn Wound Healing with Anti-Biofilm Properties in Rat Animal Model.},

abstract ={Anthropologists and sociologists consider population aging to be the most important phenomenon of the present age [2]. According to the World Health Organization, by 2025 the population of the elderly will reach more than 800 million [5]. Also, according to another report from this organization, a high percentage of the need to use health services compared to the total population is related to the elderly. The need for comprehensive attention to the elderly is due to the fact that these people have many health problems and are the main consumers of health services [3]. The significant increase in the elderly population has posed many challenges to health policymakers. [4] One of the most important challenges is maintaining the quality of health care for the elderly. There are various factors involved in providing quality services to the elderly, but one of these factors is the attitude of health care providers to the elderly and the phenomenon of aging [7]. Therefore, the main purpose and necessity of this study is to investigate the attitudes of students of Ilam University of Medical Sciences and their willingness to work with the elderly because their field of work in the future may be directly related to the provision of services and health care to the elderly.},

title = {Economic Evaluation of Diagnostic Methods of Covid-19: A Systematic Review},
abstract ={The new coronavirus, known as SARS, causes severe respiratory illness. The incubation period is about 6 days. Early symptoms include chills, lethargy, dizziness, cough and sore throat, and shortness of breath appears after a few days. Many patients have abnormal chest radiographs. Some cases progress rapidly to acute respiratory distress and require respiratory support (artificial respiration). Death is the result of progressive respiratory failure, which is about 10% higher in middle-aged mortality. Laboratory tests are not usually performed to diagnose coronavirus infections except in the case of SARS. The available methods for coronavirus detection include SARS-Cov, detection of RNA virus genome in the respiratory tract and fecal samples by RT-PCR. Isolation of coronaviruses is difficult and requires (biosafety level 3) conditions for SARS-Cov. Economic evaluation of coronavirus diagnostic tests can play an important role in informing decision makers about reimbursement of care costs, pricing of medical interventions, providing cost-effective clinical guidelines on the use of diagnostic methods, providing targeted interventions, and producing scientific evidence. Have a policy to make decisions and ultimately lead to cost management, efficiency and optimal allocation of limited financial resources of the health system in the field of viral and infectious diseases economics. . Therefore, the present study systematically reviews and focuses on patients with coronary artery to evaluate the diagnostic tests of this disease.},

abstract ={Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has widely spread all over the world since December2019. This pandemic poses a great threat and challenge to global health and economy. The COVID-19 diagnosis and treatment is very complex, because of its unknown many characteristics. Thus it is crucial to have a framework for an early of its prediction. In this regard, Machines Learning (ML) could be the crucial to extracting high-quality predictive models and concealed patterns from mining of huge raw datasets. Purpose: At this juncture, we aimed to apply different ML models to discover correlations in COVID-19 data that could help improving prediction rate. Additionally, their potential was evaluated to find the best classifier which gives better accuracy. Material and Methods: The dataset of Talleghani hospital, COVID-19 focal center affiliated to Abadan University of Medical Sciences have been taken into consideration. ML algorithms such as Naïve Bayesian (NB), Bayesian Net (BN), Random Forest (RF), Multilayer Perceptron ( MLP ), K-star, C4.5, and Support Vector Machine ( SVM ) were developed. Then the recital of selected ML models was assessed by comparison of some performance indices such as accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, precision, F-score, and Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC).},

abstract ={Physiological stress caused by diseases increases cortisol by acting on the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis. Elevated cortisol is one of the most important mechanisms for overcoming stress, which triggers adaptive mechanisms in the cardiovascular system, metabolism, and immune system. The effect of COVID-19 on blood cortisol is unclear. SARS-CoV-2 appears to initiate immunological responses that theoretically increase morbidity and mortality, possibly due to cortisol secretion failure. Not many studies have been done on this. Whether this trend may be related to the pathophysiology of COVID-19 is not yet known, and there is insufficient evidence of adrenal changes in patients dying from SARS-CoV-2, but in patients with SARS-CoV, monocyte infiltration has been observed. There are lymphocytes and focal necrosis in the adrenal glands. Venous vasculitis has also been reported in the medulla. Due to the similarities between the two viruses, these adrenal disorders may also be seen in COVID 19 disease patients.},

abstract ={Background: Short children face many problems throughout their lives. Consumption of growth hormone and the drugs such as Letrozole, Oxandrolone, and Anastrozole can increase the growth of children and adolescents. There is not an overall estimate of the effects of Letrozole, Oxandrolone, and Anastrozole on the growth of children and adolescents with Idiopathic Short Stature (ISS). There are different estimates of the effect of growth hormone and the drugs Letrozole, Oxandrolone, and Anastrozole on growth in children and adolescents with Idiopathic Short Stature. Therefore, the aim of this study was to compare the efficacy of growth hormone, Letrozole, Oxandrolone, Anastrozole, and a combination of growth hormone and aromatase inhibitors on height gain in children and adolescents with idiopathic short stature using meta-analysis method. Methods: Search was done in databases such as; Scopus, Web of Science(ISI), and PubMed using keywords: Idiopathic, Short Stature, Body Height, Aromatase Inhibitors, Growth hormone, Letrozole, Oxandrolone, Anastrozole. Randomized clinical trial studies ,that have investigated the efficacy of growth hormone and aromatase inhibitors on height gain in children and adolescents with short stature, were selected. Height standard deviation score (HSDS) before intervention and after treatment has been used to measure the rate of height increase in various studies. This study was written based on the PRISMA checklist and the heterogeneity of this study was evaluated using the Q statistic and I2 index. Results: Height increase index (HSDS) was obtained with the use of growth hormone combined with one of the aromatase inhibitors (0.38-3.58=95%CI) (SMD=0.98), with the use of growth hormone (0.62-1.14=95%CI) (SMD=0.88), with the use of Letrozole (0.51-16.51=95%CI) (SMD=0.83), with the use of Oxandrolone (0.99-0.99=95%CI) (SMD=0.56), and with the use of Anastrozole (0.00-0.63=95%CI) (SMD=0.31), which shows that all these drugs have a significant effect on height increase. (P<0.05) Conclusion: Although the effect of growth hormone on height increase was greater than that of aromatase inhibitors, but according to our results, adding an aromatase inhibitor to growth hormone can increase the effectiveness of it.},

abstract ={Giardia lamblia has proved to be the most common intestinal protozoan parasite in humans that causes giardiasis. Given the high mutations in the genome of this parasite, the present study was conducted to determine the prevalence of Giardia lamblia subtypes and their relationship with clinical symptoms in patients who appear to have giardiasis. In 69 stool specimens with an appropriate number of giardia cysts, the DNA was first purified, and the genotype was then determined based on the glutamate dehydrogenase (gdh) gene sequence using PCR-RFLP. Data were collected on the clinical symptoms of the patients through a questionnaire, and their relationship with molecular results was studied. Four samples (5.8%) were found to be of subtype AI, 51 (73.9%) of subtype AII and 14 (20.3 %) of subtype BIII. No BIV subtype was found in the present study. A correlation was observed between Giardia lamblia genotypes (AI, AII and BIII) and abdominal pain. All of the people 11/30/22, 3:08 PM Giardia Lamblia Subtypes and Their Relationship with Clinical Symptoms in Patients with Giardiasis - PubMed https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30868967/ 2/2 (100%) who had the AI genotype (i.e. the zoonosis subtype) had been losing weight. There was a significant correlation between weight loss and the AI subtype. All of the people (100%) infected with the BIII genotype experienced diarrhea, and this genotype was found to be associated with diarrhea. The present study found abdominal pain to be the most common symptom of giardiasis in Ilam province. Moreover, humans were found to be the main reservoir for giardia lamblia, although zoonosis subtypes such as AI and BIII still exist in the region and pose a risk for a giardiasis epidemic. },

In the present study, 45 samples were collected from slaughterhouses in three provinces in the western part of Iran, including Ilam, Lorestan and Kermanshah. Methods: The flukes were detected using morphological methods and the DNA of all samples was extracted. The ribosomal internal transcribed spacer (ITS1) was identified by PCR and PCR-RFLP techniques using the Rsa1 restriction enzyme. Then, 15% of the samples were sequenced. Results: Based on their ITS1 sequence, all samples showed 700 bp bands. The results of sequencing showed a similarity of 99% to 100% across samples. Using the Rsa1 restriction enzyme, all samples produced three distinct bands (60 bp, 100 bp, and 360 bp). These results demonstrated that the most common fasciola in the western part of Iran in sheep and cattle is F. hepatica. Conclusion: The results of the present study showed that only the species F. hepatica is parasitizing livestock in the western part of Iran. Further studies using new molecular markers for more accurate identification of fasciola-causing species will be useful in the control and prevention of fascioliasis. },

abstract ={Suicide and depression is a general and widespread problem among people. Worldwide, 16 deaths out of every 100,000 deaths are due to suicide. This statistic is more common in the southern regions of the world. It has also been estimated that the number of people who commit suicide is 10-40% more than those who commit suicide (1). The evidence shows that the personality and human behavior of Badgorgon is related to monoamine compounds, especially serotonin (2,3). Serotonin plays a key role as a neurotransmitter in the nervous system that controls many mental behaviors and physical actions of humans (sleep, sexual desire,...). When the neuron receives the signal, the serotonin stored in the vesicles is released into the synaptic space (input). In the next step, the serotonin in the synaptic space is connected to the receptors of the next neuron (postsynaptic neuron) and stimulates them. output) (4). Serotonin transporter gene (SLC6A4) encodes an integral membrane protein that is responsible for the transport of serotonin across synapses (5,6). The serotonin transporter molecule is very effective in the process of the effect of this vital substance, and if the concentration of this substance is low, serotonin is not transported in the synaptic space and accumulates there, and if the amount of this molecule is high, serotonin is transferred at a faster rate, and this causes Serotonin transmission may be unstable and less effective.},

abstract ={Parkinson's disease (PD) is one of the most common disorders related to the destruction of the central nervous system, which affects almost one percent of people over 50 years old. Parkinson's disease is a neurodegenerative disease that results from the gradual loss of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra of the midbrain. In the clinic, this disease is characterized by movement symptoms such as muscle stiffness, tremors at rest, slowness of movement and walking. Also, other symptoms such as impaired consciousness, memory and perception are also symptoms of Parkinson's Human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells (hUCMSCs) are one of the cells that have the potential to multiply and differentiate into other cells, including neurons (13,14). These cells can be used as an ideal source in regenerative processes due to easy access, rapid expansion in the culture medium and long-term survival in the host tissue. In addition, the mentioned cells have low immunogenicity, similar to bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, and due to their low tumorigenic properties, they seem to be a suitable option for allogeneic transplantation. Therefore, in this study, this cell source is used for differentiation and production. Dopaminergic functional cell is used. In addition, other studies indicate that mesenchymal stem cells derived from the human umbilical cord have differentiating power towards fat, cartilage, bone and other cell lines and are also able to stimulate the nerve process through inducing substances. undergo transdifferentiation in invitro and in vivo environments and move towards nerve and glial cells},

abstract ={In the span of the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of deaths due to the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection has been increasing in a daily fashion. Morbidity and mortality among patients with or without comorbidities also suffering from COVID-19, demonstrates marked pattern variation. Such different patterns can be traced back to the genetic makeup of the host. Presently, single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) found in the genetic framework of the host, can be used to assign therapeutic approach or characterise the prognosis of many different viral infections. One SNP of note is IFITM3, certain genotypes of which can predict disease severity. These SNPs have a determinant influence on the natural history of many viral infections. To date, the impact of these SNPs on the progression or control of the SARS-CoV-2 infection has not been studied in Iran. Specification of these SNPs in the Iranian population may introduce new means of viral infection control. Therefore, this study may provide the preliminary basis of the correlation between the genetic character of the host and viral infection.},

title = {Investigation of epidemiological features of brucellosis in Iran: A systematic review and meta-analysis study},
abstract ={Brucellosis occurs in all parts of the world except in areas where bovine brucellosis has been eradicated. Annually, 500,000 new cases are reported, mainly in the Mediterranean, Central Asia, the Arabian Peninsula, India and Latin America. Brucellosis is endemic in all parts of Iran and is still considered a health problem. Iran ranks fourth in the world with an average incidence of 24.43 per 100,000 people. Due to the long borders of the country and lack of supervision over the import of livestock, large number of nomadic population, traditional methods of animal husbandry, insufficient supervision over the production and distribution of dairy products and lack of regular vaccination and testing and killing of livestock, many cases have been reported. In studies conducted in different parts of Iran, the prevalence of brucellosis in Kazerun is 8.7%, Bushehr 8.10%, Kerman 2.3% 2.31%, Isfahan, Gilan (rural areas) 8.9%, Mazandaran 9.53% and all tribes in the country 5% were reported. Despite the importance of the disease and the different forms of the appearance of its signs and symptoms, a comprehensive study on the different signs and symptoms of the disease is not yet available. Therefore, this study was conducted in order to examine the different signs and symptoms of the disease in patients across the country in a structured review and to find out the frequency of each of these signs and symptoms in patients across the country. And letchr('39')s find a more general view of the manifestations of this disease of a thousand faces. abstract ={Corona Virus 2019 (COVID-19) is a new infectious disease that emerged in late 2019 in Wuhan, China and spread rapidly around the world. The COVID-19 epidemic is seriously affecting the daily lives of people around the world, including their health, economic well-being and social interactions. An epidemic of infectious diseases, as a major stressors in the lives of people and people around, can have many effects on mental health. Unpredictability and uncertainty about the COVID-19 pandemic, fear of infection and COVID-19-related environmental changes are the main stressors that cause mental health problems. And some factors, including economic hardship, social support, increased stress, and unemployment, may be associated with suicidal behaviors. Suicidal behaviors are multifactorial and involve complex interactions between biological and environmental factors. Among them, a major risk factor for suicidal ideation is a stressful life. Preliminary reports of a suicide wave have been reported in several studies at different stages of the epidemic As a severe crisis, suicidal ideation and related factors in the general population must be systematically examined.},

abstract ={Toxoplasmosis due to Toxoplasma gondii is a global threat with significant zoonosis. This parasite has two final hosts (cats) and intermediates (a wide range of warm-blooded animals). The most important complication of abortion parasites in pregnant women and domestic animals such as sheep and pigs, although in people with weakened immune system the disease occurs in the form of pneumonia (pneumonia) or brain (encephalitis). The parasite has three pathogenic forms for humans, each of which plays a major role in the epidemiology and transmission of the disease: oocysts (contaminated water and food), tachyzoites (congenital or through blood transfusions), and bradycosites (transmission through organ donation or meat products). (Infected with tissue cysts). More than 30 years have passed since the Toxoplasma vaccine study, but the commercial vaccine for humans has not yet reached the production stage. Killed or attenuated vaccines have not received much attention today in terms of human immunity or immunizing power in the body, but on the other hand, subunit vaccines are of interest to researchers. These vaccines include DNA vaccines or protein vaccines, which often work together with an adjuvant or helper to produce an appropriate immune response against the parasite. In this way, antigens from many different stages of the parasite's life have been identified and evaluated to assess immunization, including surface antigens (SAGs), and organ antigens in tachyzoites and brady zoites such as microns (MICs). , ROP (Dop) and Dense Granules (GRA). Since fewer studies have been performed on parasites related to the parasite oocyte wall, we decided to conduct the present bioinformatics study on Toxoplasma gondii oocyte tyrosine-rich antigen (TrOWP). },

abstract ={Summary of the necessity of implementing the plan: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), which causes serious respiratory illness, was first reported in Wuhan, the capital of Hubei, China. Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), a coated virus, belongs to the beta-coronavirus family and contains single-stranded RNA that has been identified as the causative agent of COVID-19. Vaccination is the most effective approach to control the rapid spread of the disease. Antibodies play an important role in creating immunity from vaccination. Numerous studies have shown an association between higher antibody titers and the development of immunity against pathogens. In this study, the immunogenicity and protective effect of Sinopharm and AsteraZeneca vaccines will be evaluated by measuring serum IgG titer against spike protein using Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), 21 days after the first and second doses. Forty healthy people, including 20 people receiving the Sinofarm vaccine and 20 people receiving the Astraznica vaccine, are taking part in the study. Alcohol and drug users, people with autoimmune diseases, malignancies, users of immunosuppressive drugs, and people with other underlying diseases will be excluded from the study. The study protocol will be conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of research in Ilam University of Medical Sciences. Serum IgG concentration against SARS-CoV-2 spike protein will be measured using the purchased kit. Polystyrene microtiter plates are coated with spike protein and serum samples (diluted 1: 100) and positive and negative controls are added to the plate wells in a total volume of 100 μl and the plates are heated to 37 ° C. They are incubated for 30 minutes. After five washing steps with washing buffer, 50 μl of TMB substrate solution and 50 μl of the corresponding buffer are added and the samples are incubated at 37 ° C for 10 minutes. The reaction was completed by adding 50 μl of 2 M sulfuric acid and the A450 would be measured.},

Also, taking into account that seizures are one of the most obvious symptoms of this disease, and according to the available documents in our country, the number of people with epilepsy in Iran is around 700,000 (2), so the relationship between seizures and disorders related to It should also be noted that from the anatomical point of view, the disease is associated with disturbances in the temporal lobe of the hippocampus and changes in the apoptosis process in the cells of the hippocampus. (3) From a functional point of view, it is one of the effects of seizures, that is, the effect on the ion channels in the cell. The aforementioned can be mentioned, and on the other hand, due to the increasing use of ultrasound waves in sonography and the therapeutic use of these waves, and the existence of numerous reports about its effects on ion channels and the excitability of cells, as well as the effects of these waves on the process of apoptosis. Various cells, the need for more research in the aforementioned field is quite tangible. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of these waves in the diagnostic range of 3.5 MHz with an intensity of 65 mw/cm2 on the excitability threshold of nerve cells and also the effect of these waves on apoptosis induced by electroshock (as a proven teratogenic factor in intervention studies) E-applicable) in rat model.},

abstract ={Background and purpose: Lung diseases are one of the common causes of premature death and annoying and serious ailments among people. Since the incidence rate of pneumonia and bacterial infection of the lower respiratory tract can be used as a criterion for evaluating the internal and interventional measures as well as the hospital infection control system, and considering that a study similar to ours has not been conducted in Ilam province, We found it necessary to conduct the present study. Materials and methods: BAL (bronchoalveolar lavage) samples were taken from hospitalized patients with respiratory problems by bronchoscopy. The samples were cultured on routine bacterial culture media, then their total cfu were counted and bacteria were identified. And antibiotic sensitivity was done by disc diffusion method according to CLSI protocol. PCR method using specific primers of 16srRNA gene for Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Chlamydia pneumoniae and mip gene for Legionella pneumophila was used to detect hard-to-grow bacteria. Chi square test and SPSS software were used for data analysis. In all cases, p values < 0.05) were considered significant. Results: Out of 44 BAL samples in patients by culture method, 100 isolates were detected, including: Staphylococcus aureus (24) 31.2%, Streptococcus group A (18) 23.4%, Enterococcus (11) 14.3%, Acinetobacter baumannii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa (11) 14.3%, Enterobacter (10) 13%, Micrococcus, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Klebsiella pneumoniae (5) 6.5%. And by PCR method (4 cases), 9.1% was positive for Chlamydia pneumoniae and no band was found for Mycoplasma pneumoniae and Legionella pneumophila. Acinetobacter showed the highest resistance of 81.8% to azetronam and ceftazidime. 75% of Staphylococcus aureus isolates resistant to cefoxitin (MRSA) and 83.3% had mec A gene, and resistance to vancomycin (VRE) was observed in 27.3% of enterococcus species. Resistance to piperacillin, cefotaxime, ciprofloxacin, and imipenem was seen in Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates with a prevalence of 54.5%, 45.5%, and 36.4%. The frequency of organisms in the ICU department (46%) was higher than other departments. Discussion and conclusion: The presence of MRSA, Enterobacteriaceae resistant to third generation cephalosporins and Pseudomonas and Acinetobacter resistant to piperacillin, imipenem, cefotaxime, azetronam and ciprofloxacin among the studied departments and especially the ICU department are major concerns. For this reason, it is necessary to observe the principles of controlling infectious diseases of resistant bacteria.},
