title = {Metanalysis and systematic review of high fructose solution intake on insulin resistance induction in rats as animal model of type two diabetes},
abstract ={High fructose feeding has been suggested to involve in several features of metabolic syndrome including hyperuricemia (HP). We designed and implemented a study to determine the effect size of fructose intake and the relative risk of HP based on the type of fructose feeding (diet or solution), duration of treatment (2–6, 7–10, and > 10 weeks), and animal race. The required information was accepted from international databases, including PubMed/MEDLINE, Science Direct, Scopus, and etc., from 2009 until 2019 on the basis of predetermined eligibility criteria. The data selection and extraction and quality assessment were performed independently by two researchers. Results were pooled as random effects weighting and reported as standardized mean differences with 95% confidence intervals. Thirty-five studies including 244 rats with fructose consumption were included in the final analysis. The heterogeneity rate of parameters was high (I2 = 81.3%, p < 0.001) and estimated based on; 1) type of fructose feeding (diet; I2 = 79.3%, solution 10%; I2 = 83.4%, solution 20%; I2 = 81.3%), 2) duration of treatment (2–6 weeks; I2 = 86.8%, 7–10 weeks; I2 = 76.3%, and > 10 weeks; I2 = 82.8%), 3) the animal race (Wistar; I2 = 78.6%, Sprague-Dawley; I2 = 83.9%). Overall, the pooled estimate for the all parameters was significant (p < 0.001). The results of this study indicated that a significant relationship between HP and fructose intake regardless of the treatment duration, animal race, fructose concentration and route of consumption.},

In the cohort study, 100 patients with gastric cancer (age ranged 40–86 years) were included who were follow‑upped for a period of 4 years (range, 11‑48 months). At first, the relative expression level (declared as fold change) of PPARα, PPARγ, PPARδ, SOX2, NANOG and OCT4 genes in the tumor tissues was compared with those in the adjacent normal tissues. Then, the correlations between the relative expression levels of these genes in the tumor tissues and the clinicopathologic characteristics of the patients were assessed. It was observed that these genes are significantly overexpressed in the tumor tissues relative to the adjacent normal tissues (P<0.05, Figures 1 and 2). Furthermore, increased expression levels of the mentioned genes (except PPARγ) in the tumor tissues of the patients was found to be associated with advanced tumor TNM stage, grade, tumor size (Table 3). However, for age and gender, metastasis, lymphatic and vascular invasion the correlations were not found to be significant.},

abstract ={Introduction: Professionalism is one of the basic concepts in nursing and is the result of the individual's interaction with the work environment and others. Nursing professionalism affects the quality of care and is influenced by several factors. This study was conducted to determine the attitude of nurses towards professionalism and the factors affecting it. Methods: In the present descriptive study, nurses 'attitudes toward professionalism were measured using the Hall questionnaire, and students' attitudes were measured using the IPASN questionnaire. 140 nurses working in educational and medical centers under the supervision of the University of Medical Sciences and 120 undergraduate nursing students studying in the study using stratified random sampling participated in the study. Data were analyzed using SPSS software and descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: The results showed that the professional attitude of nurses and nursing students is at a moderate level. Among the five dimensions, the highest scores were in the dimensions of "belief in public services" and "sense of acceptance of the field" and the lowest scores were related to the dimensions of "belief in self-regulation" and "sense of independence". The relationship between attitudes toward professionalism and service experience variables and participation in training courses for individual empowerment was statistically significant (P <0.05). In students, the highest scores were in the dimensions of participation and cooperation and there is a significant relationship between the total score of attitude and gender and semester (P <0.05). Discussion and Conclusion: The attitude of nurses and nursing students towards professionalism is moderate. Given the importance of professionalism in nurses and its impact on many factors, efforts should be made to reach the desired level and reduce barriers.},

abstract ={and fibrosis in ovariectomized type 2 diabetic (T2DM) rats (OVR.D) is well known. The current study aimed to investigate the simultaneous effects of T2DM and swimming plan on the expression of some apoptotic, anti-apoptotic biomarkers and glycogen changes in the cardiac muscle tissue of ovariectomized (OVR) rats. Materials and Methods: Forty rats were randomly sorted into 4 equal categories; sham, OVR, OVR.D and diabetic ovariectomized with an 8 week of swimming plan (OVR.D.E). Lipid profile and miR-133, Bcl-2, Bax, caspase-3 and caspase-8 levels were evaluated in the cardiac tissue. Results: Ovariectomy significantly (P-value<0.05) increased cholesterol, triglyceride, LDL, Bax, caspase-3, caspase-8 and decreased (P-value<0.05) HDL, miR-133, Bcl-2 in the cardiac tissue and a further reduction in the expression of miR-133, Bcl-2 and an enhancement in Bax, caspase-3 and caspase-8 in OVR.D rats was observed (P-value<0.01). However, exercise training significantly reversed all the measured parameters (P-value<0.05). Also, exercise training improved abnormal tissue structure, fragmentation and irregular form of glycogen granules in the OVR.D.E compared to OVR and OVR.D animals. Conclusion: Exercise training could prevent the cardiac disturbance, enhance the expression of antiapoptotic markers and decrease apoptotic biomarkers in the hearts of OVR.D animals. Therefore, based on the findings of this study suggested using the exercise’s beneficial effects for prevention of the cardiac cell death in OVR.D animals.},

abstract ={Objective: spinal cord injury (SCI)is one of the most serious clinical diseases that not only affects the patient physically and psychologically, but also its effects influence on family andsociety. In SCI ,glial cells that their most abundant areastrocytes, convert in to the reactive astrocytes which are the main components of glial scars. In glial scar, the extracellular matrix increases, that mainly secreted by reactive astrocytes.Amongthecomponents, ChondroitinSulfate proteoglycans play an important role ininhibiting of axonal regeneration. After SCI, dermatansulfate and chondroitin sulfateincrease. For treating the impotence (disability) caused by SCI,there is used cell therapy to greatly limitthe formation of glial scar and to provide thegrowth of axons, but in these studies, improvement is limited due to the lack of knowledge about the right time for the rapeutic intervention. Therefore, the aim of this study is todetermine the start time for formation of glial scar in contusion model of spinal cord injury to achieve effective timeof therapeutic intervention for reducing inhibitory effect of glial scar as the most basic physical barrier to axonal regeneration. },

abstract ={Background and Objective: Studies’ results signify that critical care nurses lack desirable performance in performing endotracheal tube suctioning (ETS) despite necessary training during the study period. This study aimed to investigate and compare the effect of education through video and performance feedback on nurses’ skills in performing ETS. Materials and Methods: This was a Quasi-Experimental study. The sample size comprised of all nurses (n=44) working in the critical care unit (CCU) of one of the educational hospital located in one of the western cities of Iran. Samples selected using convenience sampling method and divided randomly into two education group via performance feedback and educational video. A standard checklist was used to monitor nurses’ practice in endotracheal suctioning. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 20. Results: After the intervention, no significant difference was found in the total mean score of nurses’ practice in ETS between those who received education through educational video and those who received through performance feedback (16.3 vs 15.1) (P-0.737). Before and after the intervention, a significant improvement was observed in the total mean score and other dimensions of nurses’ practice in endotracheal suctioning (P<0.0001). Conclusion: The results of the study showed that none of the specialty nurses (even nurses with high work experience) performed well in endotracheal suctioning in pre-test stage and all nurses performed post-test in both in-service feedback and training. Through the film it improved almost the same. However, the results of this study require longer monitoring and more accurate design.},

title = {Design and Implementation of COVID-19 information management system and registry},
abstract ={Designing and using customized information systems to record patient information will be one of the key of public health organizations in monitoring and controlling hazardous diseases of public health. This system is generally referred to as registry systems and plays an important role in the systematic collection and optimal processing of specific disease data in specific geographical areas. Experience with recent epidemics of COVID-19-like diseases such as Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) and Mediterranean Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) has shown that the role of using information and monitoring systems and data management and information in managing the disease is highlighted. Establishing a dynamic, active, timely, real-time, complete, and accurate reporting system between stakeholders involved in the management and control of COVID-19 disease can reduce the burden of disease on society. In the meantime, it is vital to create a comprehensive, integrated and interactive system platform in which to provide a comprehensive and integrated view of information systems. The existence of this infrastructure makes our country more important as one of the countries where the prevalence of COVID-19 disease is high. Therefore, the aim of the present study is to design and implement the COVID -19 Disease Management Information System in Iran. In this study, we will try to take a step in the direction of collecting information fields required for disease reporting in the form of a minimum standard data set (MDS) and also developing custom web-based software (Web base) in the form of registry systems.},

abstract ={Review: The gastrointestinal tract is prone to disease due to high activity, poor eating habits, stress and environmental stresses, which impose costs on individuals and society. Endoscopy as an intervention that recognizes the disease before it stabilizes is effective in increasing survival and lowering the cost of treatment for patients; however, this procedure has some complications. Training was evaluated as an intervention to reduce endoscopic complications Aims: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of a short-term training program on endoscopic candidate readiness, colon cleansing quality, and endoscopic candidate anxiety Methods: The study was conducted on 70 patients (age range 35-60) who had gastrointestinal endoscopy. The research tools were 1-Spielberger Anxiety Inventory (STAI), 2-Endoscopic readiness and 3-Colon Cleansing Quality. The data were then analyzed by SPSS V20 software. Results: The sample consisted of 41 men and 29 women who were mostly employed, married, with a degree or higher. Most specimens had high levels of anxiety the day before endoscopy. After training in the experimental group, the endoscopic readiness was high (in the experimental group, 105.8 (5.6) and 62.6(7.8) in the control group), and the anxiety was significantly reduced (14% of the experimental group had severe anxiety and in the control group 71.4% had severe anxiety); Colon cleansing quality in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group (experimental group 58.3(0.7) and in the control group 25.2 (0.6)). Conclusion: Considering the role of education in preparing for endoscopic candidiasis and decreasing anxiety, it is recommended to use an effective, non-pharmacological and inexpensive intervention model designed and implemented in this study},

title = {The association between nurses\' moral distress and sleep quality and their influencing factor in hospitals},
abstract ={OBJECTIVES: Nurses in their workplace, for a variety of reasons, always face moral distress that is an underlying issue in the nursing profession, which can lead to problems such as reduced quality and quantity of care and sleep disorder. Besides, given the increased privatization of hospitals, this study aimed to explore the association between nurses’ moral distress and sleep quality and its comparison among nurses in private and public hospitals. METHODS: This was a descriptive-analytical study involving 150 nurses working in Ilam province hospitals. Sampling conducted using a multistage random sampling method. Data were collected through the questionnaire of socio-demographic characteristics, the Corleychr('39')s Moral Distress Scale (MDS) and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 22. Descriptive statistics like frequency, mean, ANOVA, independent t-test, multiple linear regression and Pearson correlation coefficient at the significant level of P <0.05 were calculated. RESULTS: The analysis revealed that moral distress was positively associated with sleep quality. Also, the scores of nurseschr('39') moral distress and sleep quality were different in private and public hospitals, so that the level of moral distress in the public hospital and sleep quality in the private hospital was higher and lower respectively, but the difference was not statistically significant. According to the multiple linear regression model, sleep quality, and the type of employment were determined as the most important predictor variables of moral stress (B=1.86) and sleep quality(B=2.39), respectively. CONCLUSION: As a whole, the results indicated that increased moral distress results in reduced sleep quality in participants. Thus, providing appropriate strategies to prevent moral stress and its complications in nurses is essential},

abstract ={The beginning of 2020 has seen the development of a COVID-19 outbreak caused by a new coronavirus, The severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Currently, there is no vaccine or approved treatment for this emerging infection so the presentation of a proper vaccine is required. Several techniques facilitating the combination of the immunoinformatics approach and comparative genomic approach were used to determine the potential peptides for designing the T-cell epitope-based peptide vaccine using the envelope protein of 2019-nCoV as a target in some of the studies. By screening the bioimmunoinformatic SARS-CoV2 derived B-cell and T-cell epitopes within the basic immunogenic of SARS-CoV2 proteins, we presented a set of inferred B-cell and T-cell epitopes from the spike (S) and nucleocapsid (N) proteins that are high antigenicity and without allergenic property or toxic effects. Our discoveries provide a screened set of epitopes that can be introduced as potential targets for developing peptide vaccines against the SARS-CoV-2 virus.},

title = {The effect of pre-internship theoretical-practical package of cardiac critical cares on self-efficacy in nursing students at Ilam University of medical sciences in 2018},
abstract ={Background and aim: Nursing education focuses on the training of competent students which aims to empower students to play their role as professional nurses and eventually to enhance public health .Nursing education is a combination of practical and theoretical experiences of learning .As a process that facilitates learning, clinical education helps the student to integrate theoretical knowledge with skills of practice in the clinical setting.Clinical teaching is the core of nursing education and together with the decrease in clinical learning opportunities should be top priority for research attention. Due the importance of self-efficacy in clinical education and the paucity of studies on self-efficacy and its affecting factors, this study aimed to determine the effect of an educational pre-internship package on nursing students’ self-efficacy for deliver critical care. Methods: This controlled experimental study was conducted among 37 nursing students at IUMS using census sampling method. Before beginning the internship, the educational intervention was performed for three days in the case groups. The data were collected using demographic information form, self-efficacy questionnaire, and 10 clinical scenarios. The self-efficacy of the test group was examined at baseline and after the intervention, and then compared with the control group. The data were analyzed by SPSS. V 24, through kolmogorov-smirnov test for evaluating the normality of the date and independent t-test and paired t-test for analizing the data. Results: Our results showed that 17 students were male (45.9%) and 20 (54.1%) were female. The mean age of cases and controls were 23.31±2.94 and 22.38±0.69 years old. According to the results, the mean scores of self-efficacy and its dimensions were not significantly different between the case and control groups at baseline (p > 0.05). However, at the end of the course, the total score of self-efficacy was significantly (p < 0.001) higher in the case group (161.26 ± 6.07) compared to the control group (119.72 ± 10.13). Moreover, a significant difference was observed in the total score of the skills test in the case group in comparison with the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The results of this study indicated that Pre-internship educational package for cardiac critical cares has a positive effect on promoting nursing students’ self-efficacy and skills. It was found that implementing a pre-internship educational package prepare students mentally and practically before entering the stage of internship.},

title = {Chemosensitization of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma by Insulin-like growth factor binding protein 3 (IGFBP-3)},
abstract ={risk factor for pancreatic cancer is diabetes. It is quite clear that people with diabetes are at risk for pancreatic cancer, the cause of which has not yet been determined (4, 5). These people with diabetes often have type 2 diabetes, and it is not yet known whether type 1 diabetes is a risk factor for pancreatic cancer. In addition, chronic pancreatitis, liver cirrhosis and Helicobacter pylori are also mentioned as risk factors for pancreatic cancer (6-8). Despite the many efforts that have been made to treat pancreatic cancer, there is still no specific treatment that works well. For the treatment of pancreatic cancer, like other cancers, chemotherapy after surgery has been suggested as a second way (9). But unfortunately in most cases chemotherapy will be associated with significant resistance. So that the treatment of this disease faces a huge challenge. Thus, a large proportion of studies today have focused on the sensitization of pancreatic tumors to chemotherapy. One of the most important strategies to increase sensitivity to chemotherapy is the use of proteins. A pilot study by our research team shows that the TMEM-219 cell death receptor, which activates the IGFBP-3-dependent cell death pathway, increases with doxorubicin in cell-treated conditions. Accordingly, this study attempts to sensitize pancreatic tumor cells to chemotherapy using exogenous IGFBP-3. Obviously, if the right result is achieved, it will be worthwhile to develop new therapies based on chemotherapy.},
