abstract ={Pseudomonas aeruginosa is one of the nosocomial pathogens that, according to the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC), is the fifth most common nosocomial pathogen, accounting for 10% of nosocomial infections. Today, due to the spread of resistant bacteria such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa, control of nosocomial infections often leads to failure. Hospital strains of this bacterium give us a clear view of the challenges ahead One of the most important nosocomial infections caused by this bacterium is burn wound infection. The main problem in the treatment of Pseudomonas aeruginosa burn wound infections is the emergence of strains with multiple antibiotic resistance. Therefore, the aim of this study was to identify and determine the frequency of viruses such as toxA, toxS, lasB, PlcH in Pseudomonas aeruginosa. isolated from burn wound infection specimens will determine the resistance pattern of these strains and evaluate the prevalence of biofilm formation power in them. },

title = {The role of job satisfaction in life satisfaction and mental health of nurses in Ilam Educational hospitals in 2021},
abstract ={Nurses are the main part of the human resources of health care systems. One of the important and effective factors on the performance of nurses is the issue of job satisfaction, which has attracted the opinion of experts in this profession. One of the ultimate goals of human life is to achieve mental happiness, and basically in their professional life, they seek job satisfaction and life satisfaction. In fact, having high levels of life satisfaction is one of the main indicators of social progress. Researchers believe that low life satisfaction can have a negative effect on an organization. One of the factors influencing employees' health is their jobs that during the process of employment work through the confrontation of employees with different factors, their health is at risk, which is more evident in nursing profession. The nurses and fatigue are It can affect the critical and critical aspects of their performance, including problem-solving ability, decision-making ability, and creativity, and ultimately lead to impaired care. Examining life satisfaction in health care systems is important in that research has shown that this concept is fully intertwined with health and is closely related to mental health. People who are more satisfied with life use more effective and appropriate coping styles, experience deeper and more positive emotions, and are healthier. This study is a descriptive-analytical cross-sectional study. The population of this study is nurses working in educational hospitals in Ilam in 1400. The sample size of 146 employed nurses is estimated to be selected from the nurses working in educational hospitals in Ilam by stratified random sampling. 10% is intended for sample loss. In this study, 3 questionnaires of nurses' job satisfaction based on Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire and nurses' life satisfaction based on Diner Life Satisfaction Questionnaire and nurses' mental health questionnaire based on Mental Health Questionnaire (SCL-25) will be used. title = {Investigating the Relationship between Pregnant Mothers\' Environmental Exposure to Pesticides and Autism Disorders in Children: A Systematic Review Study},
abstract ={Age and developmental stages affect the rate of the susceptibility to neurotoxic hurt; and early development is especially high susceptible. Science has come to the fact: early encounter with neurotoxins, during neurodevelopment, can dramatically change some processes consisting cell division/proliferation, cell migration/differentiation, synaptic formation, and apoptosis. Based on studies etiology of ASD can be genetic and environmental, factors (heavy metals and pesticides) and lifestyle play as key role in development of the disease, as maternal residency near to the place of applying pesticides for agricultural purposes during determined gestation time could be related with ASD among their relevant children. There are some evidences that ASD risk increases in offspring following prenatal exposure to common agricultural and environmental pesticides in pregnant mother’s residency, against offspring of women from the same region without this exposure. It was stated that the ASD risk is associated with prenatal exposure to glyphosate, chlorpyrifos, diazinon, malathion, avermectin, and permethrin. By agricultural aims, applying the most common pesticides near residencies (organophosphates and pyrethroids) might enhance the ASD prevalence. Positive associations between ASD occurrence and proximity of prenatal residency to organophosphate pesticides in the second (for chlorpyrifos) and third trimesters (organophosphates), and pyrethroids in the 3 months before conception and in the third trimester were reported. Products of combustion, or exhaust, have some chemicals (polyaromatic hydrocarbons) and particulate matter. Polyaromatic hydrocarbons may increase endocrine and immune system disrupting potential, as mentioned is implicated in the ASD etiology. Particulate matter from air pollution may lead to increased inflammatory genes expression consequently increased systemic inflammation and oxidative stress. Inconsistent with these some research has shown an upper risk of ASD related to the proximity of prenatal residency to freeways or region with high-level airborne diesel exhaust . Exposing to air pollution and traffic might lead to some pregnancy outcomes related to ASD recognized as important to test for ASD etiology.},

abstract ={In recent decades, with the increase in population and the expansion of industries, various chemicals have entered the environment and on the one hand have led to environmental pollution and on the other hand have compromised the health of humans and the wildlife of the ecosystem. These chemicals, which are more dangerous, have a wide variety and use in various sectors such as industry and agriculture. Halogenated flame retardants are among the dangerous chemical compounds used by industries, which are very stable and generally resistant to biological decomposition. Halogenated flame retardants, especially brominated flame retardants (BFRs) play a very important role in flame retardancy. Flame retardants have found a very important place among polymer additives. These materials are used to induce special properties in plastics and consumer products to achieve flammability standards in furniture, textiles, electronic equipment and insulation. In general, flame retardants are chemicals used in thermosets, textiles, and coatings that prevent fire from starting or spreading after it starts.},

title = {Prevalence of head lice infestation and its associated factors among primary school-age students in Iran- a systematic review and meta-nalysis},
abstract ={Hygiene is one of the main factors that have a significant impact on individual and community-level health. Lice infestation or pediculosis is of global health problem, much more common in developing countries. Lice are insects of the order Phthiraptera living as an obligate ectoparasite on the body of humans and animals. Human infestations occur on the head (The most common type), body, and pubic parts. Pediculosis also known as head lice infestation, is caused by Pediculus humanus capitis. Despite preventive activities, head lice infestations persist at different ages and they spread most commonly by close person-to-person contact in densely populated areas because lice cannot hop or fly from one host to another. In addition to direct contact, it is also transmitted through personal stuff such as combs, hats, scarves, underwear, and towels. Head and pubic lice may cause discomfort and embarrassment to people but have no role in transmitting any diseases. To date, various studies have been performed on the Pediculus capitis prevalence among primary school-aged children around the world. Economic, social, and cultural status are very important contributors to lice infestation. Children are infested with a higher percentage than adults. The highest infestation was reported in children 5-11 years age group. It is more common in girls than boys and also in whites than blacks. The current research aims to estimate pediculosis capitis prevalence in school-aged children in Iran through meta-analysis.},

title = {The Synergistic Effects of Ultrasound Waves and Ethanol Exposure on Intracellular Calcium and Reactive Oxygen Species Rates of Hippocampal Cells During the Embryonic Course in Rats},
abstract ={Objective: Ultrasound (US) is an imaging procedure with various applications, such as checking the fetus during pregnancy. To the best of our knowledge no study have investigated the simultaneous effect of diagnostic US waves and ethanol exposure on intracellular calcium ([Ca2+]i) processes and reactive oxygen species (ROS). Thus, in the current study, we first aimed to investigate the impacts of diagnostic US during fetal life on [Ca2+]i and ROS in rats’ hippocampal cells; then whether the diagnostic US has intensified ethanol effects on these two variables. Materials and Methods: After mating, adult female Wistar rats were divided into six groups as follows: Control group, ethanol group (5 g/kg), groups that were exposed to diagnostic US at frequencies of 3 and 5 MHz for 10 minutes on the 11-13 days of pregnancy, and groups that underwent US waves accompanied with ethanol on the same term of pregnancy. Fourteen days after delivery, the offspring were anesthetized, the hippocampus was isolated, and [Ca2+]i was measured using the Flou 3-AM and fluorimetry instrument after cell culture. Results: The results showed that the diagnostic US with 3 and 5 MHz frequencies significantly increased [Ca2+]i levels up to 17.8% and 21.8 %, as well as ROS levels by 81.18% and 128.51% compared to the control group. In addition, [Ca2+]i levels in the groups with simultaneous exposure to ethanol and US with frequencies 3 and 5 MHz were 19.19% and 23.33% higher than the ethanol group. Besides, the amount of ROS in the groups with simultaneous exposure to ethanol and US with frequencies 3 and 5 MHz were 77.5% and 172.5% higher than the ethanol group, respectively. However, ethanol alone did not alter intracellular [Ca2+]i and ROS levels. Conclusion: It is concluded that diagnostic US with 3 and 5 MHz frequencies increase the [Ca2+]i and ROS rate, and it also intensifies the effects of ethanol on the [Ca2+]i and ROS levels. The first part of this program includes studies that determine the prevalence of various rheumatic diseases in most countries. The second part of this program includes education and how to prevent rheumatic diseases (3, 4). In our country, descriptive studies have not been conducted to investigate the prevalence of various rheumatic diseases in the community and the information available from a series of patients admitted to hospitals or specialized clinics can not be generalized to estimate the incidence and prevalence of various rheumatic diseases. Due to the need to determine the prevalence of various rheumatic diseases in the community, we decided to conduct a study in Ilam province and determine the prevalence of various rheumatic diseases in people over 15 years.},

title = {The effect of a health education program of in primary prevention of hypertension disease in high risk middle-aged women in Kuhdasht city},
abstract ={High blood pressure is one of the most common chronic diseases, which leads to other diseases. Hypertension is one of the most important public health threats in developed and developing countries. According to the available evidence, about 25 to 35% of the worldchr('39')s population over the age of 18 and 60% of people over the age of 60 have high blood pressure. In Iran, the number of people with high blood pressure has increased by 13% since 1968. According to the International Blood Pressure Association, the disease has led to 7.6 million deaths (13.5% of all deaths) and accounts for 6% of the cost of diseases worldwide. Risk attributed to risk factors for cardiovascular disease in Iran, 62% due to high blood pressure, 22% due to cardiovascular disease due to inactivity, 22% due to smoking, 13% due to low consumption of fruits and vegetables, And 18% due to high blood fats (some factors overlap). According to the International Center for Health Statistics in Asia in 2012, 6.8 percent of people over the age of 18 had heart disease, 4.5 percent had coronary artery disease, and 21.2 percent had high blood pressure. If blood pressure is controlled, accidents and their consequences are greatly reduced, for example, by controlling blood pressure, the incidence of stroke and ischemic heart disease is reduced by 28 to 44% and 20 to 35%, respectively. According to scientific documents, education is one of the most basic tools and methods to prevent high blood pressure and its complications. It is estimated that developing countries, especially Asia and the Middle East, have the highest increase in high blood pressure, which is related to lifestyle, especially high-calorie diet and the use of ready-made and salty foods. Although many programs have raised the awareness of people for the primary prevention of hypertension in Iran and other countries, reports from the World Health Organization show that the number of patients with this disease is increasing day by day, and from there That early prevention of hypertension is positively related to the tendency to change high-risk behaviors, addressing this issue can help more comprehensive planning for the prevention of this disease. Although antihypertensive drugs are known to be the primary treatment for high blood pressure, these treatments will not be effective even if patients are fully compliant. Lifestyle is the most important and preventable risk factor, which can be modified to reduce many risk factors for chronic diseases. Lifestyle includes behaviors such as eating habits, sleep and rest, physical activity and Exercise, weight control, smoking and alcohol, immunization against disease, coping with stress and the ability to use the support of family and community. Most foreign and domestic studies show a direct and positive relationship between high blood pressure and aging and body mass index. Due to the various factors affecting the occurrence of hypertension, early prevention of hypertension is necessary, which necessitates the development of an educational program to promote health, primary prevention and its impact on high-risk middle-aged women. Therefore, the present study aims to evaluate the health education program in the primary prevention of hypertension in high-risk middle-aged women in Koohdasht.},

abstract ={Multiple sclerosis is known as a chronic inflammatory disease and by involving the myelin sheath of nerve fibers leads to motor and sensory disabilities and can eventually lead to death. The prevalence of multiple sclerosis, as a groundbreaking disease of the affected person and costly for the individual and society, is increasing rapidly. The complex pathology of this disease includes the secretion of inflammatory factors and eventually the activation of astrocytes and microglia, the death of oligodendrocytes and the destruction of myelin. Treatment is usually based on the use of immunosuppressive agents and reducing inflammation of the nervous system. In this study, we try to prevent the onset of the inflammatory process and thus the progression of the disease by removing aquapurin 4 proteins, whose expression is abnormally increased on the membrane of activated astrocytes. This type of protein, which forms water channels in the membrane, plays an important role in water homeostasis, maintaining the ionic balance of the neural microenvironment, and causing edema in the tissue.},

title = {Design of multi-epitope Neospora caninum vaccine by bioinformatics methods},
abstract ={Neospora caninum is a protozoan parasite that is forced to live intracellularly from spores that can potentially infect different populations of broiler and dairy cows. Infection with this parasite has led to neosporosis, which significantly causes abortions in infected cows. All over the world, neospora abortions are one of the most important and root causes of economic losses to the livestock industry, especially in dairy farms. The parasite is constantly circulating in the fields and pastures between dogs (final host) and cows (intermediate host), and infected cows, in addition to abortion, may even give birth to a baby with Neospora caninum, which in turn infects their offspring. Since there are no specific treatments for this important parasite, the use of vaccination against the parasite to prevent infection seems economical. Bioinformatics tools have been instrumental in identifying vaccine candidate antigenic proteins or their immunizing epitopes over the past few decades. The aim of the present study was to design and evaluate a computer candidate for a new vaccine against Neospora caninum using immunosuppressive epitopes derived from several antigenic proteins of the parasite.},

Today, these infections are considered as the main problems in modern medicine in the world and in Iran (4, 5). One of the most important causes of nosocomial infections is the Enterobacteriaceae family, which is of special importance due to the production of broad-spectrum beta-lactamases (ESBLs and carbapenemases) (6-8). Today, special measures have been taken to control nosocomial infections, however, due to the variety of infectious agents, the administration of broad-spectrum antibiotics, the use of immunosuppressive drugs and poor hygiene in hospitals, the incidence of these infections continues to increase. It causes problems in the treatment process of hospitalized patients. In Iran, bacterial infections are not well controlled, in Ilam province, the mortality rate due to nosocomial infections is not determined, and on the other hand, due to the lack of routine laboratory methods to correctly determine bacteria, lack of knowledge of standards can make a correct diagnosis. In fact, knowing the level of antibiotic resistance plays an important role in choosing the appropriate treatment and reducing the rate of treatment failures. When the prevalence of clarithromycin resistance in an area is more than 20%, guidelines recommend that allergy testing for Helicobacter pylori be performed before treatment with this antibiotic. As clarithromycin is the standard treatment for Helicobacter pylori and is prescribed experimentally in most countries, several studies have shown that resistance to this antibiotic is increasing to more than 20% in most areas. Has been reported. Therefore, the aim of this study is to systematically evaluate the resistance of clarithromycin worldwide. The results of this study can inform physicians and specialists to prescribe the correct treatment regimen to increase the eradication of Helicobacter pylori and reduce the failure rate of treatment And recurrence of infections help.In fact, in areas where resistance to this antibiotic is reported to be more than 20%, allergy testing for this antibiotic should be performed before starting treatment and experimental treatment with this antibiotic should be avoided.},

abstract ={intrudoction Anxiety and stress, which means restlessness, are taken to refer to the physical and psychological sensitivities that are expressed and created by the organism in response to a threat, whether real or imagined. Anxiety can also arise in response to what threatens self-esteem or the emergence of a situation in which a person feels pressured to do something beyond his or her ability. The causes of stress and anxiety vary from person to person and include individual and family factors, demographics, illness and distressing situations, socio-economic factors and so on. Correct identification of the underlying cause of stress and anxiety is useful in active disease prevention by providing effective education and effective treatment and control of the disease. However, given the multiple and varied underlying causes of this disease, it is therefore somewhat challenging. Ilam province is more prone to anxiety and stress due to special geographical conditions, social and economic context, high inflation and long-term consequences of the imposed war, and the results of studies in certain populations have shown that the prevalence of mental disorders in this province is significant. This existence has not been studied in Ilam so far. Therefore, we decided to conduct a population-based cross-sectional study to investigate the prevalence of stress, anxiety and depression in the population of Ilam and the factors affecting it. methods This will be a descriptive-analytical cross-sectional study that will be performed on 1350 people living in the city using stratified cluster random sampling in Ilam. At first, the city of Ilam will be divided into 10 regions based on the center of the main health community, and then a number of clusters will be randomly selected from each region proportionally to size. The sample size in each cluster is 20 people. After identifying each cluster by referring to their address, it will be located on the southwest side of this cluster, and then counting households will start clockwise and will continue until the end of the sample size of each cluster. It should be noted that all household members over the age of 15 will be included in the study. This study will use the DASS-21 questionnaire, which measures the three areas of depression, stress and anxiety. The collected data will be finally encoded and analyzed by stata software. Mean and standard deviation will be used to describe quantitative data, and percentage will be used to describe qualitative data. Using multiple logistic regression based on the hosmer-lemeshow criterion, the relationship between each variable and the outcome will be measured and developed into a full model. A significance level of 0.05 will be considered.},

title = {The evaluation the relationship between economic inequalities and decomposition of it in the Self rated health in Ilam using the Oaxaca Blinder in 2021},
abstract ={introduction Self-rated health is an important and practical indicator in health research. Health outcomes can be predicted. Self-reported health is one of the common and scientific indicators of health measurement to monitor changes and measure the overall health of different populations. In other words, the person mentally assesses their health. The health of self-expression has been measured in many countries, and in those studies, attempts have been made to determine the impact of the factors involved and the impact of these factors on each other. Hence, many studies indicate the influence of factors such as demographic status of people (age, sex, race, religion), socio-economic, lifestyle, culture, education and literacy level in personal perception of health status of individuals. On the other hand, various studies have shown that self-reported health is affected by factors such as social, economic, psychological, environmental, lifestyle, cultural, family history, demographic and clinical indicators. As one of the developing countries, Iran is in an acceptable situation in terms of health and public health. However, it is still far from global standards and requires the design and development of research and root-finding infrastructure to identify health-damaging factors (both physical and mental). Studies on socio-economic inequality have shown that the lower the socio-economic status, the lower the self-reported health score of the people in the study. Comparisons of economic inequality show that people look to others to judge their position in important dimensions, especially when there are no objective standards. Interest in studying the relationship between economic status and self-health has increased. However, there is conflicting evidence for this relationship. Limited studies have been performed on self-expression in Iran and its relationship with demographic and socio-economic variables has been determined. Ilam province is more prone to stress and anxiety due to special geographical conditions and lack of some welfare and development facilities, high unemployment and complications caused by the imposed war, which will lead to a high prevalence of mental disorders and reduced quality of life. On the other hand, the lack of development of the province and the lack of facilities have led to many people not having acceptable access to health services, all of which will reduce the quality of life and, consequently, health. Despite extensive search, so far, no study has been conducted to determine the relationship between socio-economic status and self-expression in this province. Therefore, we decided to conduct a study to investigate the relationship between socio-economic status and self-expression in the general population of Ilam and the factors affecting it. method This cross-sectional and population-based study will be conducted in 10 comprehensive health service centers in Ilam in 1400. First, the population of all areas of Ilam city will be provided separately for 10 comprehensive main health service centers of the city. Then, using the number of people in different areas, all members of the community will be considered, and using the share of each area of Ilam urban community, we will select 1,500 people. A standard questionnaire is used to collect demographic information. Then, your self-reported health questionnaire will be used. To measure the economic status of individuals, household asset data will be collected and then constructed using the analysis of the principal components of the wealth variable. People will then be divided into three groups: poor, middle and rich. Then, with the Oaxaca-Blinder analysis method, economic inequality in their health will be measured and with this method, this inequality will be broken down into effective factors. Also, Stata software will be used for analysis. },

title = {Effect of Quercus infectoria gall (oak) on Streptococcus mutans Growth and Biofilm Formation},
abstract ={Background: In the recent years, introducing plant materials with the ability to destroy or control of biofmutansis highly regarded. This study was planned to Investigate theAnti-bacterial activity and biofilm inhibition of Quercus infectoria gall (oak)against biofilm and single form of S.mutans . Materials and Methods: After collecting 60 swabs from dental plaque, the samples were cultured in Chocolate Agar and Mytis Salivar Agar culture media. PCR method was used to detect gtf B and brp A genes. The ability to form a biofilm was measured using a microplate method. The cytotoxicity of the alcoholic extract of the Quercus infectoria gall (oak) was determined on the vero cell line. The effect of concentrations less than IC50 on Streptococcus mutans biofilm by phenotypic and genotypic methods was investigated by evaluating the expression of the expression of genes involved in biofilm formation using Real time-q PCR method. ResultS: In this study, the IC50 of the Quercus infectoria gall (oak) of plants was determined to be equal to ...... μg / ml. Biofilm significantly increased in 5% sucrose glucose so that most of the isolates formed a strong and medium biofilm. TheQuercus infectoria gall (oak)extract at a concentration of 3 μg / ml Decrease in gene expression (brpA, gtfB). Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the alcoholic extract of the Quercus infectoria gall (oak) has an appropriate biofilm effect on Streptococcus mutans. This effect is concentration-dependent and increasing the concentration of the extract, its anti-biofilm effect also increases. Taking into account the therapeutic and anti-bacterial properties of the plant oak, its pharmacokinetic details will be helpful in utilizing these compounds in the clinical field. },

abstract ={The process of adsorption is considered as one of the most promising processes of water purification, due to its unique capabilities, including absorption capability, as well as the availability and abundance of absorbent materials and their usability in remote areas, as well as simplicity Design and operation, and so on. Over the recent years, scientists have been struggling to develop attractions with features such as high levels of high porosity, high resilience, and high capacity for target and pollutant emissions as well as selection. The organic-metal adsorbents of the new generation are hybrid porous compounds that have been developed to simultaneously utilize the capabilities of porous organic and inorganic materials. Due to its unique capabilities, especially regarding the specific surface area, porosity, structural engineering ability during and after synthesis, these compounds have attracted a great deal of attention from researchers in recent years, and these properties have led to The title is an ideal substance for absorbing pollutants. Metronidazole with anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties is one of the most widely used antibiotics in the world. This antibiotic is part of the nitroimidazole group and has a potential carcinogenicity and mutagenic potential for humans due to damage to DNA and lymphocytes. The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) has reported the mutagenicity and genotoxicity of metronidazole on human cells and carcinogens for animals. The colors are considered as a problem due to the resistance to biological decomposition and due to the health hazards in the industrial wastewater, and this issue is attracting the attention of many researchers. Widespread use of Rocket colorants, especially in food industry and cosmetics and cosmetics, has led the present study to investigate the ability of these compounds to be removed by the superstructures of organic metal frames.},

title = {An in-silico pipeline to produce a novel peptide-based vaccine against the ubiquitous apicomplexan Toxoplasma gondii},
abstract ={Toxoplasmosis caused by Toxoplasma gondii is a global zoonosis threat. This parasite has two final hosts (cats) and intermediate hosts (a wide range of warm-blooded animals). The most important complication of the parasite is abortion in pregnant women and domestic animals such as sheep and pigs, although in people with a weak immune system, the disease occurs in the form of lung inflammation (pneumonia) or brain (encephalitis). The parasite has three pathogenic forms for humans, each of which plays a major role in epidemiology and disease transmission: oocyst (contaminated water and food), tachyzoite (congenital or blood-borne transmission) and bradyzoite (transmission through organ donation or meat products). infected with tissue cysts). More than 30 years have passed since Toxoplasma vaccination studies, but the commercial vaccine for humans has not yet reached the production stage. Killed or attenuated vaccines are not of much interest today in terms of safety issues for humans or immunogenicity in the body, but on the other hand, subunit vaccines are of interest to researchers. From this category of vaccines, we can mention DNA vaccines or protein vaccines, which often together with an adjuvant or helper are able to produce a suitable immune response against the parasite. In this way, many antigens from different life stages of the parasite have been identified and investigated to evaluate their immunogenicity, including surface antigens (SAGs), and organelle antigens in tachyzoites and bradyzoites such as microneme (MIC) , Roptery (ROP) and dense granules (GRA). During the last few decades, bioinformatics tools have greatly helped to identify vaccine candidate antigenic proteins or their immunogenic epitopes. The purpose of the present study is to design and computer evaluate a new vaccine candidate against Toxoplasma gondii using an immunogenic epitope derived from several surface antigens related to SAG1 or SRS proteins expressed in the tachyzoite stage of the parasite.},

title = {Designing and manufacturing electromechanical vial for measuring children\'s liquid medicines with an accuracy of 0.1 cc for home and hospital use with a cartoon design (for children)},
abstract ={3-1: Summary of the need to implement the plan: Drug treatment in children under 5 years of age is mostly in the form of liquid, syrup and drops. Due to the young age of these children, it is very important to be careful about the amount and dosage of these drugs. In the methods used to do this, there are problems that are as follows: A) Lack of attention of children: Due to the young age of children and the unattractiveness of spoons and droppers for them psychologically, when playing food or medicine, they play games or refuse to eat it. Forcing children to take medication and using a spoon or dropper as an invasive treatment has negative psychological effects. These cases make it difficult and tedious to give medicine to children and in some cases have a bad psychological effect on the child. B) Risk of aspiration: Pulmonary aspiration is a technical term for cases in which an object or liquid accidentally enters the trachea or lungs by inhalation. Because children may be frightened by the shape of a dropper or spoon and pull their head back, or child caregivers may try to force liquid medicine into their mouths; The drug may enter the airway instead of the mouth, causing pulmonary aspiration, which can lead to coughing, breathing problems, discomfort, and sometimes suffocation. C) Inaccurate measurement: In the age group of children, the amount of drugs is usually measured based on their weight, and any deviation from the required amount of medication causes the patient to receive adequate and adequate treatment, even in cases of acute illness and Systemic, it can have irreversible consequences and even death. Misdiagnosis of the drug can lead to failure to treat the disease, prolongation of the treatment process, more hospitalization, higher costs, and increased microbial resistance to the drug, but most of the available methods for giving the drug to children are not accurate enough. And causes the said problems. The main application of this product is to prescribe liquid oral medications with an accuracy of 0.1 cc to children, which can be used in health centers, hospitals and families. By using this device at the macro and national level to avoid wasting time and money to perform the treatment process and prescribe and provide medicine to patients, including children or patients who need to use a certain amount of medicine accurately, use . The use of this electromechanical equipment to measure the amount of medication can significantly improve the condition of patients and increase the quality of treatment. This high-precision electromechanical equipment can be effective in measuring the amount of drug consumed. Due to the use of electronic boards along with mechanical mechanisms and also high accuracy in measuring liquid drugs, this design has a high level of technology.},

title = {Determining the prevalence of coagulation disorders among the Iranian population: a systematic review and meta-analysis},
abstract ={Hemostasis is a process that plays an important role in preventing bleeding. This system includes primary and secondary homeostasis. Coagulation system and fibrinolysis are parts of secondary homeostasis. Deficiency or lack of coagulation system factors and fibrinolysis leads to bleeding disorders or thrombosis (1). Bleeding disorders and thrombosis are important, because they can be life-threatening. Factor VIII, XI and V Leiden defects are among the life-threatening cases. Patients with hemophilia (factor VIII and IX deficiency) may die during surgery or trauma due to bleeding (2). Also, patients with factor V Leiden are prone to thrombosis. In these patients, clotting in the brain can lead to a stroke (3). Until now, various aspects of blood coagulation disorders have been investigated. The effect of polymorphisms and mutations include reducing or increasing the activity of coagulation factors and its outcomes, including thrombosis and bleeding. Also, the effect of consanguineous marriages, gender and race in the prevalence of these disorders are impotence (4). Considering the dispersion of studies on coagulation disorders in Iran, a systematic review is necessary. As a result, the aim of this study is to determine the prevalence of coagulation disorders among the Iranian population },

title = {Protective effects of pretreatment or concomitant treatment with Hypericum extract on renal function and renal toxicity in cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity},
abstract ={Cisplatin is an anticancer drug, whose full name is (CDDP) cis-diamminedichloroplatinum. In practice, cisplatin is the same as alkylating drugs that destroys cells at all stages of the cell cycle by forming cross-links between DNA chains and inhibiting their synthesis, and also leads to tissue damage by producing oxidant substances. This drug has great value in the clinic because its antitumor activity is strong and it is especially used in the treatment of advanced cancers and malignant tumors. Despite its therapeutic effects, cisplatin has many side effects. Among the most important side effects of this drug is nephrotoxicity (kidney poisoning) and its use is limited due to the many side effects it leaves on different organs, especially the kidneys. Accumulation of cisplatin in kidney is more than other organs and kidney is considered as the main organ for its elimination. This substance appears in glomerular filters through glomerular filtration and the reabsorption process does not take place on it. The use of cisplatin leads to an increase in the level of creatinine, blood urea nitrogen (BUN), and also causes acute cell necrosis in the renal tubules, especially the proximal convoluted tubules, as well as cell apoptosis and interstitial tissue damage in the form of edematous processes, which ultimately leads to a decrease in filtration. glomeruli and the occurrence of acute renal toxicity. Several factors such as reactive oxygen species (ROS), synthesis of cytokines and chemokines are involved in the pathology of kidney injuries. Treatment with CDDP increases the level of malondialdehyde (MDA) and decreases renal glutathione (GSH), while antioxidant agents decrease the level of MDA and increase GSH, and also prevent the increase of chromium caused by CDDP. CDDP also decreases the activity of catalase, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase Antioxidant treatments may compensate for it. Observations have shown that nephrotoxicity is caused by different oxygen radicals such as superoxide anion, hydrogen peroxide and hydroxyl. On the other hand, phenolic components and especially flavonoids are powerful sources of antioxidants. Many plants contain flavonoids. Hypericum plant has been reported to have neuroprotective and antioxidant effects. Hypericum contains bioactive components such as hypericin, hyperphorin, flavonoids, xanthan and biapigenin derivatives. This plant has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects in intestinal or liver ischemia disorders. A study on the protective effects of pretreatment with hypericum extract (or as a simultaneous use) in nephrotoxicity caused by cisplatin is not available.},
