One of the most important methods of synthesis of silver nanoparticles is biosynthesis with the help of plants, which has been selected for this project due to less negative potentials [4]. Why silver nanoparticles are better: Silver metal can kill some cancerous tumors better than chemotherapy with far fewer side effects. Researchers at the University of England have also shown in recent research that silver compounds, such as chemotherapy drugs, are effective in killing cancer cells.

Drug addiction in the world is now in the form of unpleasant social phenomena, various economic problems, various infectious diseases and family and mental disorders (1-2)
Research has shown that drug addiction is one of the most common addictions in Iran. On the other hand, tolerance is a common phenomenon in patients addicted to opium and candidates for surgery, who need sedation and anesthesia (3). Tolerance refers to a phenomenon in which the use of a drug reduces its effect and requires higher doses to achieve the same effect (4).
Morphine is a substance that is isolated from opium and has a profound destructive effect. If the body is exposed to chronic morphine with repeated use of morphine, its adverse effects such as tolerance and dependence occur. Morphine dependence has mental and physical dimensions, which are characterized by the onset of withdrawal syndrome following rapid withdrawal of the substance, which peaks in humans after 36 to 48 hours and is accompanied by symptoms such as severe muscle irritability, anxiety, diarrhea, hostility. And is accompanied by seizures that make the withdrawal process difficult. Therefore, the use of non-narcotic drugs during rapid withdrawal to reduce the severity of withdrawal symptoms is very important (5).
Alpha-2 adrenergic receptors have sedative, anti-anxiety, hypnotic, and analgesic properties that exert most of their effects by acting on alpha-2 receptors in the locus cereus and spinal cord (6). Clonidine belongs to this group which is taken orally and intravenously (6) and is an imidazole derivative that is the selective agonist of alpha-2 adrenergic receptors (7).

Backgrond Information: Aging accompanies with deficiencies in different organs of the body. The most important organ that subjected to different problems in elderly age is the genitourinary system. Studies show that urinary incontinence exerts a great influence on physical, social, emotional and psychological activities of the patients; because this illness is considered embarrassing by patients which results in isolation from the society, self-esteem and life quality reduction. From among the mentioned therapeutic interventions, conservative interventions, especially interventions about life style and physical and behavioral interventions are highly recommended for urinary incontinence treatment that can be used in a self-care manner for the aged suffering from urinary incontinence.

Purpose: The current study was conducted in order to assess the effect of self-care training program on self-esteem and urinary incontinence in elderly men dwelling in Ilam and Sanandaj Nursing Homes in 2017 .

Subject population & method: The present study is a semi-experimental research. The sample consisted of 61 elderly men who suffered from urinary incontinence and dwelt in the rehabilitation and maintenance centers of two cities in the west of Iran. Samples were selected based on an available sample selection method and randomly divided in test and control groups. Data collection tools included Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale Questionnaire (RSES), Questionnaire for Urinary Incontinence Diagnosis (QUID), International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire - Short Form (ICIQ-SF), and a demographic information form. Data were analyzed by SPSS 18 software.

Findings: The results of QUID and ICIQ questionnaires indicated that there was a significant difference between two groups after the intervention (P <0.001). Also, there was a significant difference between the mean scores of self-esteem in the experimental group compared to the control group after intervention (P <0.001).

Conclusion: The results of current study indicated that samples in the experimental group had a significant improvement in control of incontinence and self-esteem compared to the control group. The training and application of these interventions by nurses of the elderly men can be useful in improving the urinary incontinence, quality of life and self-esteem in elderly men dwelling in nursing homes.

analyzed using multiple linear regression, Chi‑square, and paired t‑test. Results: The results showed that there was a significant difference
between MTBI patients and normal controls in all subscales 6 months after MTBI, and in the total score of DERS, except for the nonaccepted
scale and PANAS (P = 0.001), in which no significant difference was observed. In addition, the results of multivariate regression showed
that trauma (β = 0.493), age (β = −0.196), familial history of mental disorders (β = −0.185), and financial status could predict emotional
regulation (β = 0.148

Background Phosphate (PO4
3−) is the main etiological factor of eutrophication in surface waters. Metal organic frameworks
(MOFs) are novel hybrid materials with amazing structural properties that make them a prominent material for adsorption.
Methods Zeolitic imidazolate framework 67 (ZIF-67), a water stable member of MOFs, with a truncated rhombic dodecahedron
crystalline structure was synthesized in aqueous environment at room temperature and then characterized using XRD and SEM.
PO4
3− adsorption from synthetic solutions using ZIF-67 in batch mode were evaluated and a polynomial model (R2: 0.99,R2
adj:
0.98, LOF: 0.1433) developed using response surface methodology (RSM).
Results The highest PO4
3− removal (99.2%) after model optimization obtained when ZIF-67 dose, pH and mixing time adjusted
to 6.82, 832.4 mg/L and 39.95 min, respectively. The optimum PO4
3− concentration in which highest PO4
3− removal and lowest
adsorbent utilization occurs, observed at 30 mg/L. PO4
3− removal eclipsed significantly in the presence of carbonate. The
equilibrium and kinetic models showed that PO4
3− adsorbed in monolayer (qmax: 92.43 mg/g) and the sorption process controlled
in the sorption stage. Adsorption was also more favorable at higher PO4
3− concentration, according to the separation factor (KR)
graph. Thermodynamic parameters (minus signs of ΔG°, ΔH° of 0.179 KJ/mol and ΔS° of 44.91 KJ/mol.K) demonstrate the
spontaneous, endothermic and physisorption nature of the process.

Aging is associated with the occurrence or exacerbation of some diseases (1-7). Decreased Sexual Hormone Binding Golobulin (SHBG) levels following chronic illness are among the concerns of older men. Testosterone is an important factor in stimulating multiple functions of body systems in men. Testosterone levels in half of healthy men aged 50-70 years are lower than testosterone levels in healthy men in the age group of 20 to 40 years. 11).
Testosterone is the most important androgen in the blood (8). Aging, hereditary factors, obesity, nutrition, stress, depression, chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, chronic kidney failure, chronic liver disease, sleep apnea syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, taking certain medications including glucocorticoids, smoking and alcohol. All of these are factors that are associated with a dramatic decrease in blood testosterone (8, 16).
The age-related decrease in plasma testosterone is called andropause. Andropause is a complex process in men's lives, the symptoms of which are usually obvious in middle age and later (9) (8). Andropause is associated with severe physiological and psychological changes that over a long period of time can have a significant impact on the silent disease cycle (10).
Symptoms and problems related to this period initially start quietly and do not have a clear clinical picture such as monoposis (9), decreased interest or competition in work, pain in muscles and joints, decreased memory and in some cases Alzheimer's, decreased level Adaptation to others, Decreased mental capacity, Decreased muscle mass, Depression, Shortness of breath when needing more breathing, Murmuring and numbness in fingers, Constipation, hallucinations, Lack of interest in exercise, Sleep disturbance, Flushing especially in area Head and chest, Prostate inflammation, Reversible ejaculation, Gynecomastia (breast enlargement), Negative mood, Hemorrhoids, Anger and irritability, Baldness, Dry eyes, Shorter height, Reduction of armpit and pubic hair, Anxiety, Speed up Osteoporosis, recurrent stress incontinence, and impaired physical function are among the complications of decreased testosterone and andropause (10, 11). Decreased libido, decreased erections, decreased endurance and physical ability, confusion in appearance and clothing (due to depression and lack of desire for sexual attractiveness), shrinkage and loosening and drying of the apex of the penis, weakening of hair pigments and finally Insulting others in stressful situations and inability to control behavior in cases of anger are among the most important complications of andropause (10).
Since the incidence of heart disease and diabetes in Asian men is one of the factors affecting the reduction of quality of life and sexual function (3), having physical, mental, sexual, social and emotional health will affect the quality of life. Quality of life is considered as a valuable factor in assessing the health of people after contracting diseases in middle age (12).
Poor quality of life can affect family relationships by using coping mechanisms and ineffective adjustment in individuals, which ultimately leads to increased stress in them (13).
Sexual function is also one of the important aspects of life (17, 18) and its reduction in andropause can affect the physical, mental and emotional dimensions of quality of life. In 2008, the results of a review study conducted by Low to determine the relationship between ejaculation and erectile dysfunction and quality of life in Asian men (15) showed that the incidence of heart disease and diabetes in Asian men, as well as men in Western countries, Factors affecting the quality of life and sexual function. A review of studies showed that the mean score of quality of life in both mental health and physical health of men with sexual dysfunction significantly decreased compared to men without reporting this disorder (55.88-51.13 vs. 45.25-32.43) (3).
The results of a review study showed that with increasing age and andropause, male sexual function also decreases (15). The components of sexual function in men include: sexual desire, erection and ejaculation, which disorder in any of the above components causes this dysfunction in men (15, 19). The results of some studies show that with increasing age, sexual desire decreases so that male libido disorder increases from 1.3% to 25.7% and erectile dysfunction from 1% to 39% in men aged 40 to 79 years, respectively (20) .
The results of studies conducted by Zeighami and Poor Tahmatan show that there is an inverse relationship between quality of life (22) and age (22) with quality of life, respectively.
Due to the coincidence of the symptoms of andropause with menopause in women and the increased risk of sexual problems in couples, attention to andropause is of particular importance due to its effects on other aspects of couples' lives and its relationship with quality of life (23-25). .
According to the Statistics Center of Iran, 25.1% of the total population of the country is in the age group of 25-40 years (14), which in the next 20 years will be in the middle age group of the country, as a result, lack of timely diagnosis And the progression of the disease has caused the relevant diseases to be either incurable or, if treated, to be associated with disability and ultimately a severe decline in the quality of life of middle-aged men (12, 15).
On the other hand, due to the fact that Ilam is one of the cities with less quality of life indicators in Iran and is relatively low in economic terms, and in the coming years these young people will reach middle age, which if not available

Anticonvulsant activity in a dose-dependent manner in the PTZ model. Applies.
However, our findings showed that Kurzen, the bioactive fraction of the essential oil, was stronger than SCEO as an anticonvulsant, as these compounds appear to be effective on PTZ-induced seizures, which seems to be effective for seizures. Humans are also effective (1), although the properties of other species of the Apiaceae family have been reported against PTZ-induced seizures. Olive oil (1-3 ml / kg) has been reported to delay seizure attacks (2). Therefore, SCEO and curzerene appear to cause less toxic effects than PTZ. Seizures of other essential oils have been studied. SECO phytochemical analysis confirmed the presence of terpenoids, anticoagulant activity Therefore, terpenoids may be part of the SCEO anticonvulsant action through various mechanisms (3). Terpenoids and plants containing these compounds have anticonvulsant properties. However, tumor growth has been shown to be significantly inhibited in naked SPC-A1 cell mice using Korzen at a dose of 135 mg / kg (4). In the present study, Kurzen at a dose of 0.2 mg / kg only prolongs the onset of seizures compared with the control group. It is noteworthy that the anticonvulsant effect in the present study started from 0.2 mg / kg and was less than the effective dose of SCEO (200 mg / kg). This evidence suggests that curzerene identified in the Smyrnium Cordifolium study may be partly responsible for anticonvulsant activity.
There is a hypothesis that SCEO and curzerene can activate kappa opioid receptors (KORs) and produce a protective effect against PTZ-induced seizures. The anticonvulsant activity of KOR agonists has been extensively developed by previous animal studies (5). This study showed some evidence for the anticoagulant activities of SCEO and curzerene in the diagnosis of the PTZ model in mice.
Due to the protective effects of SCEO and Kurzen on classical seizures, they can be useful for the treatment of short-term seizures.
