fa طراحی و پیاده سازی نظام سیستمی ثبت و مدیریت اطلاعات بیماری کوید- 19 سایر.... سایر...... <span dir="RTL">طراحی و بکارگیری سیستم های اطلاعاتی سفارشی به منظور ثبت اطلاعات بیماران یکی از ارکان اصلی سازمان های بهداشت عمومی در پایش و کنترل بیماری های مخاطره ساز بهداشت عموم خواهد بود. این سیستم هه عموما با عنوان سیستم های ثبت (ریجستری) نقش مهمی در جمع آوری نظام مند و پردازش بهینه داده های بیماری های خاص در مناطق جغرافیایی ویژه مانند یک بیمارستان، چند بیمارستان، یک شهر، چند شهر، یک منطقه جغرافیایی (غرب کشور) ، ملی و حتی در سطوح بین المللی دارد. </span><span dir="RTL">تجربه همه گیری های اخیر در زمینه بیماری های مشابه با </span>COVID-19<span dir="RTL"> مانند سندرم حاد تنفسی (</span>SARS<span dir="RTL">) و سندرم تنفسی مدیترانه ای (</span>MERS<span dir="RTL">) نشان داده است که نقش استفاده از سیستم های اطلاعاتی و نظارتی و مدیریت داده و اطلاعات در مدیریت این بیماری و جلوگیری از شیوع گسترده آن برجسته است. پایه ریزی یک سیستم گزارشی پویا و فعال به صورت به موقع، بلادرنگ، کامل و دقیق بین سازمان های ذینفع و دخیل در مدیریت و کنترل بیماری </span>COVID-19<span dir="RTL"> (با توجه به پیچیده بودن، حساس و چندبعدی بودن ماهیت آن) می تواند در کاهش بار بیماری بر پیکره جامعه تاثیر گذار باشد. در این میان ایجاد بستر سیستمی جامع، یکپارچه و تعامل پذیر که در آن یک نمای جامع و یکپارچه از سیستم های اطلاعاتی را ارایه می دهد، حیاتی است. وجود این زیرساخت برای کشورمان به عنوان یکی از کشورهایی که شیوع بیماری کوید-19 در آن بالاست، بااهمیت تر جلوه می دهد. بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی و پیاده سازی سامانه مدیریت اطلاعات بیماری کوید-19 در ایران است. در این پژوهش سعی خواهد شد تا به واسطه جمع آوری فیلدهای اطلاعاتی مورد نیاز برای گزارش دهی بیماری در قالب مجموعه حداقل داده های استاندارد (</span>MDS<span dir="RTL">) و نیز توسعه نرم افزارهای سفارشی وب محور (</span>Web base<span dir="RTL">) در قالب سامانه های ریجستری، گامی در جهت بهبود مدیریت اطلاعات سراسری بیماران مبتلا به کوید-19 برداشته شود.&nbsp;</span> Designing and using customized information systems to record patient information will be one of the key of public health organizations in monitoring and controlling hazardous diseases of public health. This system is generally referred to as registry systems and plays an important role in the systematic collection and optimal processing of specific disease data in specific geographical areas. Experience with recent epidemics of COVID-19-like diseases such as Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) and Mediterranean Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) has shown that the role of using information and monitoring systems and data management and information in managing the disease is highlighted. Establishing a dynamic, active, timely, real-time, complete, and accurate reporting system between stakeholders involved in the management and control of COVID-19 disease can reduce the burden of disease on society. In the meantime, it is vital to create a comprehensive, integrated and interactive system platform in which to provide a comprehensive and integrated view of information systems. The existence of this infrastructure makes our country more important as one of the countries where the prevalence of COVID-19 disease is high. Therefore, the aim of the present study is to design and implement the COVID -19 Disease Management Information System in Iran.
