fa بررسی ملکولی انتاموبا هیستولیتیکا در نمونه های مدفوعی استان ایلام عمومي General مقطعی (Cross sectional) Cross sectional <span style="font-family:B Nazanin+ Regular;">آمیبیازیس یک&nbsp; بیماری انگلی است که عامل آن&nbsp; انتامبا هیستولیتیکا است. که میزان بروز آن در سالهای اخیر در دنیا افزایش یافته و مشکلات بهداشتی زیادی را ایجاد نموده است.</span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin+ Regular;"> بنابراین برای شناسایی و جداسازی این </span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin+ Regular;">انگل </span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin+ Regular;">&nbsp;از نظر مورفولوژیکی در نمونه های مدفوعی از روش </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">PCR</span></span></span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin+ Regular;">بر اساس ژن </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">CP8</span></span></span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin+ Regular;">استفاده &nbsp;نمودیم .</span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin+ Regular;"> این گونه اطلاعات در اتخاذ استراتژی های مناسب تری جهت شناخت بیشتر انگل های انتامبا و احتمالا درمان و اقدام در جهت پیشگیری و کنترل این بیماری کمک کننده خواهد بود.</span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin+ Regular;"></span> <strong>Introduction</strong>:<br> Amoebiasis is a multifactorial, life-threatening public health issue and presumably the third parasitic disease cause of mortality - world wide,The aim of this study identified&nbsp; of&nbsp; E. histolytica in&nbsp; from stool samples isolated from Central laboratory and in Imam -Khomeini hospital at the University of Medical Sciences ,and Ilam city which is located in southwest Iran, from 2017 to 2018.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Materials and Methods</strong>:<span dir="RTL"></span><br> Totally,2023 samples were examined with microscopy, and Thirty-duplicated Entamoeba histolytica<span dir="RTL">/</span> dispar isolates were collected from hospital in Ilam, Iran. The isolates were identified and the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was performed to detect the CP8 gene<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Results:</strong> In genotype confirmation,&nbsp; only were two isolates - the CP8&nbsp; gene found in the PCR test.
