fa بررسی عصاره خوراکی و موضعی گیاه آرنبیا یوکروما بر روی زخم رت دیابتی و مقایسه آن انرژی پارس خوراکی و موضعی عمومي General مقطعی (Cross sectional) Cross sectional <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">کمبود متخصصین طب سنتی واستفاده غیر علمی از گیاهان به عنوان درمان گاها میتواند آسیب جبران ناپذیر ایجاد کند .از طرفی وجود تجربیا تبومی میتواند زمینه مناسبی برای تحقیق درمورد ترکیبات دارویی با منشاء گیاهی باشد.</span><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"></span></span></strong><br> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">مهم ترین یافته :</span><br> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">&nbsp;در این مطالعه که با الهام از تجربه گذشتگان برروی موشهای دیابتی با استفاده از عصاره ریشه گیاه آرنبیا یو کروما (از خانواده گل گاوزبان )، نتایج حاکی از اثربخشی بیشتر آن در مقایسه با محصولات مشابه موجود دربازار ایران همچون آنژیپارس خوراکی و&nbsp; موضعی بود.</span><br> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">&nbsp;پیشنهاد برای کاربرد نتایج:</span><strong><span style="font-family:B Titr;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"></span></span></strong><br> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">با توجه به شیوع روزافزون دیابت و زخم دیابتی تولید محصولات جدید خصوصا با ترکیبات گیاهی بومی می تواند علاوه بر کمک به بیماران در جهت اعتلای علمی کشور مفید و موثر واقع گردد. توصیه می شود با مطالعه این ترکیب در مدل انسانی تاسیس شرکت دانش بنیان در جهت اعتلای دانشگاه و استفاده از منابع علمی بومی گام برداشت.</span><strong><span style="font-family:B Titr;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"></span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">- </span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Titr;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></strong> <br> Diabetic foot ulcer is one of the most common causes of amputation and imposes high social costs. The present study<br> was conducted to evaluate the effect of oral arnebia euchroma extract on wounds in diabetic rats and was compared<br> with oral and topical forms of ANGIPARS.Thirty diabetic male Wistar rats were categorized into different groups<br> with similar wounds, and were treated with oral and topical forms of arnebia euchroma extract and ANGIPARS<br> ointment and capsules, and were compared with each other and the control group. The clinical and statistical results<br> indicate the superior effect of oral and topical forms of arnebia euchroma extract in comparison with oral and topical<br> forms of ANGIPARS.The epithelial thickness(F (4.25) = 4189.10, p<0.01) and complete healing time(F (4.25) = 18.01,<br> p<0.01), were respectively calculated.
