fa بررسی تأثیر برگزاری کارگاه آشنایی با آزمون آسکی یک هفته قبل از آزمون جهت کاهش اضطراب دانشجویان اتاق عمل و هوشبری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایلام حین آزمون اسکی عمومي General کارآزمایی بالینی آزمون بالینی آسکی ،شیوه ای از ارزشیابی است که در آن دانشجو از ایستگاه های گوناگونی می گذرد و در زمینه ی موضوعات متفاوت ارزیابی شود ، هر ایستگاه در بردارنده ی یک برنامه ی بالینی است که در آن با بیماران مصاحبه می کند یا شامل یک مسئله بالینی است که از داوطلب درخواست می شود آن را تفسیر و حل کند.<br> عملکرد هر داوطلب را یک ارزیاب در چک لیست ساختار یافته ای که مختص آن ایستگاه تهیه شده علامت می زند. (1)<br> این آزمون هم مانند سایر روش های ارزشیابی دارای مزایا و محدودیت هایی است، این روش حیطه ی وسیعی از مهارت ها را اندازه گیری می کند. اهداف شناختی ،مهارتی و تا حدودی نگرشی را می سنجد.<br> نمره گذاری آن دقیق و بازخورد آن آنی است ولی از معایب آن می توان به هزینه بالا ،وقت گیر بودن و ایجاد اضطراب در دانشجو اشاره کرد. (2)<br> مطالعات نشان می دهد که اضطراب آزمون آسکی تا حد زیادی با زمان آزمون ،پیچیدگی آن و اجرای تکنیک ها و همچنین سردرگمی درباره چگونگی آزمون مرتبط است. (3)<br> با توجه به این موضوع که یکی از نکات اضطراب دانشجو همین آشنا نبودن دانشجو درباره نحوه برگزاری این آزمون است پس در می یابیم که باید به راهکارهایی &nbsp;بیشتر پرداخته شودکه در آن به دانشجو درباره فرآیند این آزمون آگاهی بخشی می شود.<br> در مطالعه ای که در مصر با هدف بررسی تأثیر آزمون آسکی بر دانشجویان پرستاری انجام شده است، داشتن تجربه قبلی دانشجو از شرکت در آزمون آسکی در سال قبل بر نتیجه مطالعه تأثیر گذاشته بود و باعث شده تا دو سوم دانشجویان بیان کنند که این شیوه مناسب بوده است و نسبت به سایر آزمون ها کم ترین استرس را در آن ها ایجاد کرده است. (4) در مطالعه ای که توسط باقری و همکاران انجام شد این آزمون را استرس آور دانسته اند اما این نتیجه متأثر از آگاهی ندادن به دانشجویان،فاصله یک ترم بین آموزش واحد درس با زمان برگزاری آزمون به سبک آسکی بود.(5)&nbsp;<br> پس از این مطالعات در می یابیم که هر چه دانشجویان با میزان آشنایی بیشتری با این آزمون رو به رو شوند عملکرد بهتری هم خواهند داشت.<br> شواهد موجود نشان میدهد در نظام ارزشیابی بالینی دانشجویان پرستاری و مامایی ایران، آسکی &nbsp;آزمونی روا و پایا می باشد و در راستای عملکرد بهتر &nbsp;دانشجویان در طی آزمون، برنامه ریزی های دقیق تری قبل از برگزاری آزمون نیاز است.(6)<br> یک کارگاه آموزشی ، مجموعه ی سازمان یافته ای است که فرصت هایی را برای یادگیری از طریق تفکر،عمل و بحث و تبادل نظر برای افراد فراهم می سازد.&nbsp;<br> واژﻩ کارگاه آموزشی ﺑﻪ روش ﺧﺎص ﺁﻣﻮزﺷﻲ اﻃﻼق می ﺷﻮد که در ﺁن ﺗﺪرﻳﺲ رﺳﻤﻲ داﻧﺸﮕﺎهی و اراﺋﻪ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺑﻪ ﺣﺪاﻗﻞ ﻣﻲ رﺳﺪ و ﺑﺮ ﻳﺎدﮔﻴﺮی ﻓﻌﺎل ﺷﺮکت کنندگان تأکید دارد.<br> یکی &nbsp;از وﻳﮋﮔﻲ های کارگاه های ﺁﻣﻮزﺷﻲ اﻳﻦ اﺳﺖ که اﻓﺮاد ﻣﻲ &nbsp;ﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ در زﻣﻴﻨﻪ ﺳﺆاﻻت ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻈﺮﺷﺎن و ﻧﻴﺰ دﺳﺘﻴﺎﺑﻲ ﺑﻪ اهداف ﺧﻮد از ﻧﻈﺮهاو ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻪ دﻳﮕﺮان اﺳﺘﻔﺎدﻩ کنند. (7)<br> &nbsp;که همگی این ها سبب کاهش اضطراب و آمادگی بیشتر دانشجویان برای مواجهه با آزمون آسکی می شود. The ASCII clinical trial is a method of assessment in which a student goes through different stations and is evaluated on a variety of topics. Each station includes a clinical program in which it interviews patients or includes an issue. It is the clinic where the volunteer is asked to interpret and solve it.<br> Each candidate&#39;s performance is marked by an evaluator in a structured checklist dedicated to that station. (1)<br> This test, like other assessment methods, has advantages and limitations; this method measures a wide range of skills. Measures cognitive goals, skills, and to some extent attitudes.<br> Its scoring is accurate and its feedback is instantaneous, but its disadvantages include high cost, time consuming and creating anxiety in the student. (2)<br> Studies show that ASCII test anxiety is largely related to test time, complexity, and techniques, as well as confusion about how to test. (3)<br> Due to the fact that one of the points of student anxiety is the student&#39;s unfamiliarity with how to hold this test, so we find that more solutions should be addressed in which the student is informed about the process of this test.<br> In a study conducted in Egypt to investigate the effect of ASCII test on nursing students, the student&#39;s previous experience of taking the ASCII test in the previous year affected the outcome of the study and caused two thirds of students to say that this method is appropriate. Has been and compared to other tests has created the least stress in them. (4) In a study conducted by Bagheri et al., This test was considered stressful, but this result was affected by not informing the students, the interval of one semester between the training of the course unit and the time of holding the test in Aski style. (5)<br> After these studies, we find that the more familiar students are with this test, the better their performance will be.<br> Evidence shows that in the clinical evaluation system of Iranian nursing and midwifery students, ASCII is a valid and reliable test and in order for students to perform better during the test, more detailed planning is needed before the test.
