fa بررسی اثربخشی مداخله آموزشی مبتنی بر مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی بر عملکرد مادران در خصوص تغذیه تکمیلی شیرخواران 18-6 ماهه شهر اندیمشک علوم بهداشتی سایر...... <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="tab-stops:right 33.75pt 38.25pt 69.95pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">مقدمه و هدف:</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> تغذیه تکمیلی نقش اساسی در رشد و نمو و پیشگیری از سوء&shy;تغذیه کودکان زیر دو سال دارد. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین اثربخشی مداخله آموزشی مبتنی بر مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی بر عملکرد مادران در خصوص تغذیه تکمیلی شیرخواران 6 تا 18 ماهه شهر اندیمشک است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;مواد و روش‌&shy;ها: </span></span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">مطالعه حاضر در دو مرحله انجام شد. در مرحله اول یک مطالعه توصیفی با شرکت270 مادر دارای کودک 6 تا 18 ماهه مراجعه&shy;‌کننده به شش مرکز بهداشتی درمانی که به صورت نمونه&shy;گیری تصادفی انتخاب و وارد مطالعه شدند، انجام شد. نتایج مطالعه توصیفی، به&shy;منظور نیاز&shy;سنجی مداخله آموزشی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. در مرحله دوم، بر اساس نتایج مطالعه توصیفی، مداخله آموزشی مناسب طراحی و اجرا شد. مداخله آموزشی با شرکت دو گروه مداخله (32 نفر) و کنترل (35 نفر) به مدت سه هفته اجرا شد. داده&shy;ها با استفاده از پرسش&shy;نامه 53 آیتمی در دو مرحله قبل و یک ماه بعد از مداخله گرد&shy;آوری شد و با استفاده از نرم&shy;افزار آماری </span></span>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">SPSS</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">و آزمون‌&shy;های توصیفی، همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون خطی چندگانه، تحلیل واریانس یک&shy;طرفه، کای اسکور، آزمون تی مستقل و تی &shy;زوجی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.</span></span> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b>Background and aim:</b> Complementary feeding (CF) plays a key role in the development and prevention of malnutrition in <span lang="EN" style="color:#222222">infants</span> under two years of age. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of educational intervention based on Health Belief Model (HBM) on mothers&#39; behavior on CF of 6-18 months old <span lang="EN" style="color:#222222">infants</span> in Andimeshk.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b>Materials and methods:</b> The present study was conducted in two stages. In the first stage, a descriptive study was conducted with 270 mothers with 6-18 month old <span lang="EN" style="color:#222222">infants</span> referred to six health centers that were selected randomly and included in the study. The results of the descriptive study were analyzed for the needs assessment of educational intervention. In the second stage, based on the results of the descriptive study, appropriate educational intervention was designed and implemented. Educational intervention was conducted in two intervention (n=32) and control (n=35) groups for three weeks.
