The quality of work life as a philosophy is a set of principles that believe that human resources are the most important and reliable resources in organizations. who are responsible and capable of valuable participation and should be treated with dignity and respect. And it is a comprehensive structure that includes well-being related to individual job and to some extent valuable work experience, doing work without stress and other personal negative consequences.(1) Unfavorable quality of work life, which arises under the influence of inappropriate and incompatible work with humans, creates unbalanced psychological and social conditions in the employees of an organization (2). The quality of work life is a combination of work environment variables that are effective in promoting satisfaction, attracting and maintaining and improving the quality of employee services (3).
