Abstract:   (665 Views)
Complications of organophosphate poisoning such as diazinon can be very serious and can even be fatal. Mortality rates have been reported from organophosphate poisoning at 3 to 25%. Due to the high consumption of diazinon in agriculture and the exposure of farmers to this toxin and its entry into running water and the food cycle, as well as because this compound has the potential to have negative effects on health and has shown negative effects on ecosystems and organisms. It is necessary to distribute these compounds and monitor their low level in different models of the environment. Therefore, identifying and determining the amount of these toxins by simple and effective analysis methods with high sensitivity in surface waters and vegetables and fruits is of great importance. So far, various chromatographic methods such as high performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography have been used to measure diazinon in different samples. In these methods, methods such as liquid-liquid extraction, solid phase extraction, etc. have been used to pre-concentrate and prepare the sample. These methods have disadvantages such as; High consumption of toxic organic solvents, high cost of fibers used their limited life, etc.
Since the amounts of diazinon toxins in surface waters are low, the separation and preconcentration method is necessary to eliminate or minimize the effect of the matrix and achieve high and effective extraction to increase the sensitivity of their identification and determination. In this method, we will try to design a simple, cheap, sensitive, accurate, safe method with minimum laboratory facilities and minimum amount of organic solvent called ETA-SS-LPME, so that in the minimum time required, the optimal extraction of diazinon And its amount should be measured with high accuracy and sensitivity, and also by minimizing the consumption of toxic organic solvents, their waste in the environment should be reduced.
