Abstract:   (1167 Views)
The increasing spread of drug and antibiotic resistance among bacteria has led to more attention being paid to finding pharmacological methods of resistance and also finding natural remedies suitable with fewer side effects. Laurentus plant is collected from Ilam city in Ilam province and after drying its leaves, essential oil and hydroalcoholic extract are prepared. The chemical composition of essential oil and leaf extract of Laurentus plant is measured by HS-SPME, GC-MS and HPLC-DAD methods.
Medicinal plants are of particular interest due to their wide range of bioactive compounds as a potential source of new chemotherapy drugs, because herbal medicines are more compatible with living organisms, including the human body, due to their natural origin than chemical drugs. And cause fewer side effects. Therefore, by examining the antimicrobial effect of this plant, an effective step can be taken in its commercialization and use scientifically. And Pseudomonas aerosinosa.
