Context: Degenerative  disk disease is an age related disorder and there is no published guideline for this disorder. Studies showed that intradical corticosteroid injection can relief symptoms in lumbar discopathy but there is no study in cervical discopathy.
 
Method: This study conducted to evaluate the use of methylprednisolone infusion in cervical discopathy. Patients with symptomatic disk disorder treated with methyl prednisolone and after 1 and 6 month the improvement was assessed. Data were analyzed using Comprehensive SPSS21 software.
 
Results: 23 patients entered the study with radicular pain that treated with methylprednisolone pulse and assessed vith visual analog scale. Assessement in 1 and 6 month follow up showed 84% and 78% improvement with no complication.
 
Conclusion: Methyl prednisolonr pulse is an effective with low complication method for cervical discopathy
