Diabetes is a chronic and progressive disease that requires patient participation in self-care due to its gradual onset, unpredictable recovery and widespread complications.Today, lifestyle changes, poor eating habits, sedentary lifestyle and obesity are the main causes of type 2 diabetes.The present quasi-experimental study will be conducted in 2015 on 80 patients with diabetes in Ilam. The subjects will be divided into two groups of control and test using a table of random numbers.
